Terrible communication with them. Then we finally agreed on services and timing after multiple calls to them ie they never would call me back after saying they would check on something or price. Was told it would take 2 weeks to complete and dropped the beanies to be stitched promptly. Waited 2 weeks and never heard from them so I drove in the next week to only find out that they messed up on some of the patches so they would have it finished the following Monday but then when Monday arrived, I didn't hear anything from them again and gave them a few days then drove over again to just find out they didn't even start the corrected patches. The whole thing took an extra month long and they still changed full price. It was actually very disappointing and I felt it was not very professional. Wouldn't go back there

See some photos of the jerseys from STT...all previously blanks or different numbers/players. On a couple, I've tried to unstitch them with a seam ripper at home to save a bit. One was showing signs of the previous lettering pretty badly and they even found a way to clean this up. I also just met the STT person who stitched the Jay Buhner jersey at his event today.
