Seattle is Never Done!!! The Pro Shop at Lumen field has finally been remodeled. It was rather long in the tooth, cavey, stuffy, and just dated. It's bright now, airy, and just feel bigger while offering what seems to be even more options. One thing I CANT stand though is they don't have my MVP of the defense jersey for sale. ERNEST JONES!!! The absolute most important anchor and heart of the defense. WHY Seahawks???? Get real and give us EJ!!! GOHAWKS!!! They've recently remodeled (this past season) and the new look is great; it's sleek, open, and friendly. They carry Sounders and Seahawks gear year-round. And they have the latest scarves, jerseys, and apparel but they also tend to sell out the most quickly so be patient. I must say, with the reinvigorated Hawks fan base, the staff here has handled the pressures and crowds well and I seem to always experience good customer service. **Tip: If you're paying with card, there are often employees that are standing around the store that can complete your transaction, without you having to wait in the cash register line. read more

Am I huge sports fan? No... But for what it's serving, this shop is amazing. We stopped in here before a Sounders game (that I was kind of forced into) and looked at all the merch they had to offer. This is a wonderful place to buy your Sounders and Seahawks gear. The prices are the licensed prices, meaning it is no more expensive then buying the exact same tee shirt that Lids/ Seattle Team Stores (in Bellevue Square) charged and was actually cheaper then the same shirt sold at JCP in their sports section. The store was crazy busy, but had a great amount of staff working and was able to move the checkout lines through very very quick. The staff was friendly, had high energy and made it fun to be in the store. Everyone working had a very clear sense of urgency to get things done and make the best of the insane crowds before a huge Sounders game. Great job Pro Shops! read more

You need more beer coozies with marshawn lynch poems on them? Kidding, they don't have that. The store has good lighting. The staff there was very friendly. The items are well-organized. They have wide variety of items for Seahawks fans and Sounders supporters. The salespeople and the customer service people are top notch and are well-informed about the products. They processed my transactions and refunds quickly. However, their prices could be a little bit more competitive. To be fair, if you are a Sounders' season-tickets holder, then you get a reasonable discount. The big reason why I gave this place 2-stars was the security experience. Apparently, they have a security person to screen you like you would enter a Seahawks' game or a Sounders' match. I had a submit to a screening or I couldn't get into the shop. I was there 24 hours before the Sounders had a match the next day. The "security professional" wouldn't let me hold my wallet while I was getting screened, because he thought "that I would have a knife in my wallet", which I didn't. Do they honestly think I'm going to harm the Pro Shop Staff? That is simply ridiculous! I eventually passed the screening and was able to get into the shop. I'm not against security and safety, but it has to be balanced and reconciled with common sense. So, if you are going to that store, then make sure you go at least 48 hours before a Seahawks game or a Sounders match in order to avoid the arduous security hassle. If you can't be there 48 hours or more in advance before a Seahawks game or a Sounders match, then try the other Pro Shop stores in the Seattle area. It's very unfortunate that the security is killing business. read more

I'm one of those people who go here for Hawks and Sounders gear. I won't be distracted by the other stores around CenturyLink. My brother is a die hard Sounders fan and I always feel confident that I'm getting the best selection here. This season, they have released black colors after previous seasons of green, blue, and even pink. Anything you want to represent the Sounders can be found here. A large variety of scarves line the walls. I love that they have a selection of women's and kid's gear as well. My partner digs the Hawks so again, I love browsing around and grabbing stuff here. The prices aren't cheap which is pretty much the norm for officially licensed wear. Street vendors may have cheaper prices but not the selection, which is often what I'm looking for. Today I picked up two Sounders snapback hats in the newest designs. I'm pretty excited to give them to my brother and had a good time shopping for them. read more

The Seahawks are not doing very well, but I still am a fan and like the idea of buying my stuff at their pro shop. After our win last weekend, I went to the Pro Shop and got myself a 12th fan jersey. They have a lot of really cool Seahawk gear here. From sweaters, t-shirts, hats, caps, replica jerseys, etc. The only problem is, I was thinking about getting a throwback jersey of either Jim Zorn or Steve Largent and couldn't find them here. I buy all my 'Hawks schwag there. Sure, there are other vendors in the neighborhood of Qwest Field (and beyond), but the Pro Shop always seems to have the real goods with the best designs. And they're the only place (I think) where you can get a real NFL-issue on-field jersey, which, with God as my witness, I shall possess just as soon as I can stop freaking out over the price ($250-something). BUT THAT AIN'T ALL! As and added bonus, on Tuesday nights during the football season, you can go there for Meet 'n' Greets with the real flesh-and-blood players themselves. And I'm not talking about the assistant water boy. I'm talking about Super Bowl MVP Deion Branch for one, Nate Burleson for another, Ken "The Hammer" Hamlin, Marcus "You Can't Handle The Truf" Trufant, Isaiah "Kaz" Kacyvenski...and the list goes on. The store *might* be okay, but don't even try ordering from their website. They've cancelled two of my orders without notice and customer service isn't helpful. I just had the most infuriating phone call with them. They kept saying, "I understand you are focusing on the past, but moving forward you can order from us with no problem....". I'm trying to explain there is a glitch in their system that prevents them to properly communicate order status to customers, or rather let customers know the "fraud unit" has put a hold on their order and to contact them to release it. My orders were cancelled because I wasn't notified to contact them. I've had enough and will boycott all Seattle Pro Shops, online and stores. It really is a shame. read more

Got some great T's for $9.97 and even a youth Jersey for $34.99 (can't get it off little one.....). Love coming to the Pro Shop every time I am in Seattle! Sometimes I even make special trips just to come down and check out the new stuff. Lots of inventory, they have Seahawks and Sounders merchandise available; including jerseys, hats, scarves, home decor, and much more. They usually have a lot of sizes in stock as well, and if they don't have the size you need they can put you on a waiting list and will call you when the item becomes available in stock. You can always go online and shop as well. Friendly staff for the most part; usually overstaffed with a lot of people standing around. Wish I got the name of the guy who helped me last time I was in, he was the most helpful employee I have ever spoken with at this store. I recommend stopping by on a normal day and not a game day; game day is usually insanely packed, long lines and you can barely move through the store. Easy to find, obviously, it's attached to Centurylink Field. Go Hawks! read more

I would give it a minus 0 if there is such thing. Worst experience ever ordering online thru Seattle Seahawks Pro Shop. I ordered 3 jerseys for Xmas and they were supposed to arrived 12/17 maybe 12/21 due to heavy volume. However they had the State on my address incorrect. I called every day for 4 straight days getting them to correct it, they claimed they cannot do so. I called Fedex and Fedex would not make the correction. They stated the shipper has to call. Today I got an email that my shipment is pending due to incorrect zip code "well duhhh what have I been trying to tell you" still they would not make the correction when I called. The shipper "Seattle Seahawks Pro Shop" refuses to call fedex with the corrections. They said they are too large of a company, they dont have time to do that. You can imagine how frustrating this is; when all you want is to get the gifts for your love ones for Xmas. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM SEATTLE SEAHAWKS PRO SHOP ONLINE!!!! read more

The merchandise is very nice but heaven help you if you need to return something purchased online. The website is full of dead ends and chat bots which can't actually start a return or help you do so. If you didn't sign up for an account when ordering merchandise, I believe you can't start a return without first finding the customer service phone number. And that's a job in and of itself. LADIES: DO NOT BUY YOUR CUSTOMIZED JERSEYS AT THE LOCAL PRO SHOP LOCATIONS IF YOU ARE A SIZE SMALL OR MEDIUM!!!! I ordered a customized jersey and got it without the numbers on the shoulders. To me, this is not an official jersey, but it costs the same price! Now, in all fairness, the order form does state that the S/M women's jerseys will not have the numbers on the shoulders, but this is not a standard practice. If you order the jersey online, you can get a women's small or medium jersey with the numbers on the shoulders. In fact, I have another women's Nike customized jersey in small that I ordered online and that one has the numbers on the shoulders. I'm really disappointed, as I was not told that my jersey would not have the shoulder numbers (someone else placed the order for me so I wasn't there to read the order form), and don't feel like I have an official NFL jersey, even though I paid the same price as a jersey with the shoulder numbers. It's especially disappointing that ordering the custom jerseys at the pro shop is the only place where you don't get the jersey with the numbers on the shoulders. IF YOU ORDER ONLINE, YOU DO GET THE JERSEY WITH THE NUMBERS ON THE SHOULDERS. Another frustration that I had was that no one would answer the phone at the store. I just kept getting cycled through the automated message. I get that they are busy with the SB happening today, but at least answer the phone and say, "can I put you on hold"? I called probably 5 times throughout the day, each time getting looped through the automated message, no one ever answered the phone. I won't be purchasing merchandise at the local store anymore. All of my purchases will be online from now on. You get incredible customer service - they will do whatever they have to to make your order right and you can always get through to someone on the phone. read more

Employees here are always willing to help you find what you need and going the extra mile to call other stores to put items on hold if needed. This place has the best variety and the most selection of sizes of all Seahawks attire. They have accessories, jerseys, hats, fitness, sweats, etc. the prices are all expensive but standard. Of course I use my season ticket holder discount here as well :) overall they have a good selection. The location kind of sucks being right at the century link stadium but go on a non-game day and stroll around without the crowd. The one thing I would say is the employees weren't friendly and did not ask if I needed assistance but other than that I found what I wanted easily and was happy. read more

I think the Seahawks/Sounders Pro Shop has seriously become my favorite place to drop my cash. They have done a great job maximizing there space by using the concourse to sell merch when they have too much to sell. They have excellent sales and the coolest thing that I wish more team shops did is selling the team issued/worn stuff that fans really want. They do this while not trying to rip you off too. I can't wait to see the new Seahawks stuff from Nike in April and I am already buying all the Sounders stuff.
