Located right as you enter Pike Place Market, Seattle Shirt Company is a solid little souvenir shop that is surprisingly affordable, especially considering their location. They really advertise the heck out of their Seattle hoodies for $20 each or 2 for $30. They come in several different colors (black, blue, red, grey, etc.) and, I think, are pretty comfortable. I bought one here during my last visit and have worn it out since it was so cozy. I was happy to pick up 2 new ones this time around. That price is just not bad at all! Where are you going to find it cheaper? Walmart? They have a bunch of other fun little souvenirs as well. Some of the normal things like shot glasses, magnets, stuffed toys, etc. They also have plenty of different t-shirts and sportswear as well! Plenty of Kraken, Seahawks, Storm, and Mariner's swag represented here! The staff has always been helpful and the cashier was nice, so all is good on the service front for me. This large souvenir shop is right up the street from Pike's Place Market. The store offers a large variety of items in all price ranges. We were able to get some magnets, key chains, basic items. My son was able to get a decent baseball hat for only $4.99. My sister and I checked out and went outside while the rest of the family kept going back in to buy more. My mother loved a hoodie she purchased and they had them at a good price. There were a few registers open so the lines moved pretty quickly. The location is great so while everyone else was still shopping my sister and I watched the street performers playing music and enjoyed the view of the market. Great souvenir shop near Pike Place. Just s short walk up the street to this business. They have literally what feels like everything a tourist could dream of for buying gifts. They have clothing galore, home goods, lots of magnets, key chains, pocket knives, post cards, knick knacks and really almost everything you can think of. I was able to find some magnets that were locally made. They cost a little more but I like that they weren't from overseas. If I can support anything local while also being super convenient I am happy about it. My nephew got a hat, we picked up some keychains, my mom bought a hoodie and we got some other miscellaneous items. They also have souvenirs in many different price points depending on what you want to spend so I do appreciate that. I would venture in again next time I am in town. read more

I was playing tourist in Seattle while my husband worked. Having a fantastic (and successful) time visiting the used bookstores in the area, I had a huge pile of books and needed something to carry them. I popped in this corner souvenir shop located across the street from Pike Place Market. I asked the very harried and stressed looking employee (supervisor?) if they carried any drawstring backpacks. She said no they didn't, just totebags. Ok, thanks. I walked around the store myself and found two styles in the impulse area of the line. So yes, they had them but the employee was either too stressed to remember/care. I brought one up to the register and she happened to be my cashier. I guess we have some afterall? Being in retail I totally understand what it feels like to be short on staff, busy with customers, trying to stock merchandise and also help people. This was a good reminder for myself to slow down and not do this myself. read more

Visiting seattle and wanted to buy souvenirs for my family ended up buying 4 kids tees and a sweatshirt as well as a lightsaber keychain. When I was beginning to pack towards the end of the week I noticed the keychain was nowhere in my bags despite me leaving the bags exactly as I had received them. Went back today Thursday to ask if they could help me pull up the receipt or tell me if the keychain was still in stock as it was the last one in the name I had selected and maybe the keychain was never purchased so it would show up in their inventory. The worker didn't even seem to care and told me someone else probably purchased it and they couldn't do anything. Honestly really annoyed as I really liked this silly souvenir and was willing to buy it if the case was that I accidentally dropped it. Don't recommend coming here at all. This is the place to go for all of your Seattle souvenirs to take back for family and friends. They have everything from magnets, to shirts, sweaters, pencils, mirrors, stickers, etc. They were starting to implement the mask rule due to Covid, so they had the security at the entrance telling everyone that it needed to be on. There were employees around the store stocking shirts and other merchandise. They offered help if needed, but I like to browse on my own and see what I find. They have so many different designs for their shirts and clothing, oh and they also have some Seahawks merchandise (yuck!! lol). Aside from this, we had no issues with the store. The people at the register were nice as well and asked us how we were doing and if we were enjoying Seattle. Overall, I found this place to be perfect for your one stop souvenir shop. One word; SEAHAWKS! Holy Seahawk gear overload, Batman!!! Seahawks gear as far as the eye can see.... and then some basic tourist Seattle shirts intermixed. They also have other Seattle team gear; Sounders, Mariners and Super Sonics (RIP). They had several racks with 50% off! I got a Seahawk hoodie for only $17!! I also got a 12 beanie for $7!! Whenever we are at the pike, we always take the time to stop in. We are usually in Seattle at least once a year to visit family and see friends. With my having a little one, I always come here to buy her shirt. This year she did not see anything that she liked but there were a few other items in the store that she was browsing through. There were so many people inside that store when we were visiting. One of the store associate was not the most welcoming or cheerful person but she was still trying to be helpful to everyone. They definitely had a good share of Seahawks hats, beanies, socks, shirts and sweatshirts, and other memorabilia. I did browse through the kids section but did not see anything for any of my friends or nieces or nephews. There are plenty of good deals here. Every year that I have visited, I have always thought about purchasing a huge oversized night shirt to sleep in with the tacky line of, "sleepless in Seattle." Being from Los Angeles where we do not suffer from any type of extreme cold weather, I could not justify my buying a beautiful beanie that I'd seen. People don't even know who works there because the employees are just talking to each other amongs themselves as if they are not at work. The bald head man is not courteous at all even at check out. I remember when I used to go to Destin, FL every year for Spring Break and got to pick out an airbrushed design on a t-shirt (those were like the coolest things to wear after Spring Break). Comparable concept here, except the process takes, oh, about ten seconds to complete once you have found your t-shirt and design. Without looking at it closely (silly me), I grabbed a small shirt and quickly picked out a retro looking "Seattle, WA" design, only to acknowledge afterwards that the shirt may be a little too short. Ooops. No worries though. The sales rep recommended I make sure to try it on to see if it fit and, though it barely did, I was not confident that my laundering skills would not shrink it. And I was not trying to purchase a shirt that may quickly turn into a belly shirt in the dryer. So, to make a short story long, he let me swap it out for a medium- after he had already created the design on the first (small) shirt. How cool and thoughtful he was! My conclusion?.. If you are in the market for a shirt, check this place out. Its prices are really reasonable and while you may be indecisive picking a design out of (probably) about 200 choices, you will inevitably leave pleased. The nice part about this souvenir shop is that they don't offer only the tacky stuff, there's a good variety of Seahawks and Mariners gear too. We bought a Mariners t-shirt since we were heading to a game that week, and a Seattle refrigerator magnet depicting a local artist's work.
