I came in to look in for some new cots for an upcoming camping trip. The associate that helped me not only had great product knowledge but he opened up one of the cots to let us try it out. We talked through some great tent options that would accommodate the cots (we were in the market for a new tent). I was impressed that the associate was able to take the time to walk us through all the options. I have always been impressed by REI and their customer service but this store in particular, bravo all around.

The gear is basic, but very functional, well-maintained. I got the concert camping kit and added the kitchen kit which worked well for me and my buddy. Due to an unfortunate circumstance with one of my bindings I was unable to ride the board I rented, causing me to rent another board on the mountain. Moxie and Yvette were very compassionate of the circumstance and offered to let me rent again in the future free of charge for the time I missed using their rental.
