One young man tried to help me out but since the store was busy they could not attend to me when I had questions but did see another associate who I believe was a manager not doing much to help the young associate on the floor OR any other customers like myself. Also seen a young lady pop in and out every once in awhile also doing nothing to help. It just seemed like there was no real leadership or urgency from staff who appeared to be in charge. Seeing employees standing around or not actively helping while customers were clearly waiting was disappointing. I understand that stores can get busy, but customers should still feel acknowledged, especially if your a manager. In the end I left with nothing which was also very disappointing. Sports for learning provided a summer camp at my kids elementary school this summer. I was…read moreextremely disappointed by their coaches/counselors that were in charge of the children. First of all, I discovered that the counselors used profanity in front of the children, on a daily basis. Not only that, but when some of the kids started using inappropriate language, the coaches laughed and did not provide any guidance to stop this behavior. I only found out about this after several weeks,, when some of the children mentioned it to me and some of the other parents. When I brought it to the attention of the school district and the regional manager, they finally brought out supervisors to address it. Unfortunately the kids were already exposed to so much inappropriate language by then. The "sports" aspect of the program was not very educational or coordinated. The kids didn't really learn any rules of the games or improve any skills. It was basically just having them run around during these activities. In addition, at least one of the coaches contracted COVID during the camp and many kids were exposed to it. I honestly do not know how many contracted it, but it was very irresponsible for the counselors to put themselves at risk for, and catching Covid, especially when caring for elementary school children. I know many families who did not remain in the camp, due to the poor experience that our kids had with their coaches. I'm sure they have some good employees working for them who might have good backgrounds in caring for kids. But be sure to evaluate the counselors that are being used at each individual location. We were quite unhappy with the ones used for us.

They were more like drill sergeants than camp counselors. It was an awful experience.

The employee then refused to give us a refund and then bribe us to pay him $20 to allow us to play. We paid him via Zelle since it was are only choice. The employee was very unprofessional. He wasted our time going back and forth with us about the situation and didn't want to reimburse us the time he made us waste.

Good enough parking if you come early and I think there's street parking in front of the building gate. We left at 8pm ish, parking lot was full and people were waiting for parking. The turf seems well maintained in my opinion and the kids had a great time. We played on field#3 and like that the session is recorded, which you can review the games/play. I believe it takes a couple hours or next day to view, but once it's available I'll be able to show my son. Would recommend to trying this place out.

I bought what I thought were indoor soccer shoes for my five-year-old son, but accidentally ended up with turf shoes. He wore them to practice and slipped because they weren't the right type, and they were extremely tight on his feet. We physically went back to the store to show them the shoes and explain the situation. The staff member there was polite and tried to help, but the manager and owner were not present. They made the decision over the phone not to allow any return or exchange, without much consideration or asking for more details. To be clear, I even ended up buying the correct indoor shoes in a size that was two sizes up from the original pair, which is further proof that the first pair was way too tight. I was ready to do business with them again and just needed a fair resolution, but the refusal over the phone felt dismissive. It's not about the money for me; it's about being treated justly as a customer. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
