The piece I got was clearly towards the end. The food wasn't bad, but it wasn't great. I'm all about supporting small business but was it worth the hour drive each way and almost double the price of Texas Roadhouse? No. Also be prepared that because it's a small town the other clientele are more concerned about the strangers at their steakhouse than they are their own meal. They're paired well with an aioli that's gives it a little flair. The highlight of the show was the Wagyu Bolognese. I often struggle with pasta being too heavy of a dish but this one was perfect. The pasta was very tender and was clearly homemade which was bonus points for me. Bar service was great and I've never had any complaints. Can't wait to be back for more here soon!

Sweet, smoky, strong... one of those drinks you sip slowly because you don't want it to end. Paired it with the buffalo chicken sliders + fries and demolished everything. Sliders were spicy without being overkill, sauce was on point, and the fries were perfectly crispy.
