Although we ended up doing something different with our wedding and didn't use her services for it, Hope Hoffman was very friendly and professional to work with and very responsive. She was also very accommodating of requests for different cultural music and made excellent suggestions. The classical and folk music samples of her music that we listened to were quite beautiful. I would definitely recommend Hope Hoffman to Maine brides and event planners looking for high quality professional string musicians to perform at their wedding or event.

It's very well organized and has so much to offer at this quaint and beautiful location. Parking is free. Entrance fee for anyone over 2yrs of age is only $15. With the fee, you have access to some fun activities for kids and adults. We loved the corn maze!! They are so creative with the design. There's an easy maze and a more challenging maze. There is a phone number at the entrance of the maze if you get lost. Staff will come find you and escort you out of the maze. Wear comfortable shoes as the ground can be a little uneven and rocky at times. Every person we passed in the maze was so happy, smiling and giggling, like were were. The kids LOVED it too. (3 and 6 yr olds). There are two big jumping pillows which the kids loved. There were adults on there as well. The weight limit is 225lbs for a person. Just be sure to take off your shoes. They had pumpkin bowling Big bubble wands "Pumpkin" basketballs A Bumble train pulled by a tractor Culvert and tire play ground slide Tractor tires to climb on. A large sandbox A "corn pit" instead of a ball pit. For extra money - be sure to try the potato cannon! SOOO FUN! 10 potatoes for $7. They also have paintball targets. Looked like fun. They have a food truck on site each day they are open (Friday, Saturday and Sunday) and a food shack. Staff is super friendly and welcoming. We loved it and highly recommend visiting if you are looking for a smaller festival with big fun.

This year I entered into the photography competition and won 2nd place for both my pictures, so cool! What a great experience to be apart of the fair this year and take part in my community. The food is always so good! You can never go wrong. I love the Kettle Corn. Tried the tacos this year, oh my goodness... so good. I love every part of the fair; the animals are wonderful to see (saw some huge milk cows! I mean huge), the exhibition hall is amazing (so cool to see how people poor so much of their life and time into agriculture and home making), the maple house is amazing, the people are awesome, and it's just a good good county fair! My favorite part of the fair is the old barn way out back, by the race track to the left. Everything in there is from a different time period and I LOVE it! I love how they always have the stove burning hot because every time I go in there it's in the evening and usually cold out. Great place to warm your hands and think about how others lived 50-100 years ago. Its great. I love the old school house set up too. That's my fav! I just love Cumberland County and it's fair!

They only had one ATM at the entrance and many people forgot cash so we had to wait in line for 45 mins for the ATM! The ticket line was fast so that was a good thing. So Don't forget your CASH. They have a few rides, lots of games, LOTS of food, a petting barn, animals and a grandstand with all kinds of entertainment. There is plenty to do and at $15 to get in and free parking it's not a bad price. Food is expensive but all fair food is. We got a bloomin onion, and I got a hot Italian sausage and both were great and exactly what I wanted in fair food. They had so many options I didn't know what to pick. The rodeo was going on but it was super crowded and we could not find a seat. Overall great fair experience just bring cash and expect large crowds as it was really packed.
