I have been wanting to try The Quarter for a while now and was so glad we did over the weekend! It has a beautiful, classy and unique atmosphere that's great for a girls night out or fun date night. Our drinks were delicious and I really liked all the specialty menu options! We came around 5pm on a Saturday and there was already a growing crowd. The staff was very friendly and prompt, making us feel welcome and seen even though there was only one bartender at the time. The bartender that was there did an amazing job serving the crowd, however there only being one did slow things down a bit causing a bit of a wait between rounds. Walking in to The Quarter downtown whisks you straight to the French quarter in New Orleans! The ambiance is dim and romantic with low lights and a nature-inspired atmosphere. There even seems to be a large tree growing through the middle of the venue! Ferns hang up all around the perimeter of the iron balconies and often time aerial dancers are swinging through hoops. I really love visiting the quarter for the vibes. When you walk in there's a huge, beautiful tree growing out of the bar area and the upstairs looks like you're walking the streets of Nola. Bravo! The Quarter is AMAZING on Sunday evenings! I wanted to catch their live New Orleans style jazz after 6pm and oh boy was it a treat. Their usual act was away this Sunday but they had another group of musicians that played very well. The Quarter is a little bit of everything throughout the week. Club. Cocktail Bar and more. On Sundays and Mondays they have live jazz--which is so neat! Shoutout to Kevin, he's a good bartender. I recommend their pimento cheese plate and crackers and any of their cocktails. New Orleans themed bar with live entertainment and a vibrant atmosphere. Let me start first by saying that the owners definitely channeled the vibes of New Orleans-from the decor, to the setup, it feels like you're on a summer day in New Orleans. It would be great to have tapas or food served with an authentic New Orleans feel but at this time, it's only a bar. I was excited by the decor and ambiance of the bar but unfortunately felt the drinks-the important part, fell flat. I went on a few different occasions and tried a few of their signature drinks-The Big Easy and the Oaxacan Speed Express and didn't really like the taste on either. The flavors kinda fell flat and it tasted watered down. Both times the bar was pretty packed so I'm not sure if that contributed to the subpar drink. The quarter is the most unique bar in the Carolina's I seen in a while ! It's only 1 hour & a half from Charlotte, you'll find "The Quarter" located in Greensboro, NC ! It's a stunning, Instagram-worthy cocktail bar inspired by New Orleans French quarters , it's a unique 2 story layout featuring craft cocktails . The ground floor is a spacious bar surrounded by life sized trees & lush moss . While the upstairs balcony offers seating with a view on the main floor! Only thing they are missing here is food ! I think they should offer beignets or something reminiscent to New Orleans not just cocktails . At night on the weekend they have acrobatic dancers etc that perform on the bar top which i hear is pretty dope ! Craft cocktail bar with speakeasy vibes. This place is super cool and is an absolutely fantastic spot to get drinks with friends. My first time ever at The Quarter was as a bachelorette party participant. We were able to secure a large booth that was big enough for our party of eight. There were lots of tasty drinks on the menu and I could have blindly put my finger on any of them and been happy. I went with the Voodoo Queen and was a happy lil' camper. The gummy bear in my drink made me so happy! This place was also willing to go off menu, even with obscure drinks. Very impressed with the level of customer service. The space was large, open, and an oasis from the busy downtown city streets. The drawback is that drinks here are expensive. However, the price for the quality of ingredients and for the expert composition of unique drinks is an absolute bargain. Still, this definitely would be more of a special occasion spot for me. Finally got around to checking this bar out. Cool french quarter concept. We thought the ring dancers were awesome and pretty unique for this area. The Spanish moss and cypress trees in the center of the bar are a cool touch to make it feel Vieux Carré. The inside is beautiful, the music volume was too loud, but more importantly, I might have had a one of the worst espresso martinis of my life here. I ordered two, the bartender used only premixed ingredients (rather than fresh espresso), poured the mixture into the martini glasses, but when it wouldn't fill the rims all the way, he poured it back into the shaker, added more ice to dilute it, then poured this even worse mix into my glasses, which still couldn't reach the rims. To add insult to injury, they set the payment machines to auto-tip each transaction, but they don't tell you this. They advertise a 4% fee on all card transactions, which is excessive after all this. I think a flight to proper New Orleans might be cheaper than a night of drinking here! read more

So I was at a conference and my coworkers went to this gameroom down the street and I saw this New Orleans themed bar and me being from New Orleans I was intrigued. I ordered a classic cocktail and it was great, it was just me and one other person at the bar and then all of a sudden my coworkers started wandering down to see me and suddenly I must have had 30 people from my office in here getting drinks. Delightful drinks! Beautiful interior and awesome overall atmosphere. We visited The Quarter after a comedy show one Saturday night. We arrived around 11pm and downtown was packed to the brim! we were luckily able to snag a parking spot right in the lot next to The Quarter and it was a short walk over. We love the multi level interior and the overall aesthetic! The vibe is so perfect inside we didn't want to leave! We plan to go back soon for a visit earlier in the day. Pardon my French (Quarter) but this place is F'n awesome! I'm so excited that we finally have a little (well quite large!) slice of Joyner's in GSO! Location: 100/10 - perfect location! Much needed and super convenient, close to many other establishments Atmosphere: 100/10 - so cool, unique, and quaint. Nothing like it in the area. Also huge inside! Two stories. Upstairs is a little tight with the chairs, but really cool. Do not wear stilettos (or a short dress) here if you plan to go up the stairs. If you're scared of heights the stairs might give you a pause. The trees are phenomenal. Drinks: 7/10 - the (premade) cocktail menu is limited. I had the Oaxacan Sneak Attack and it was delicious! Definitely drink it from the glass (not with a straw) to experience the seasoning on the side (tajin?) with the contents of the drink. My friend had the Big Easy Express, well a version of. They were out of something for the BEE, so the bartender made something similar. It tasted like a whole lot Bailey's so it was just okay. Prices are on par with other cocktail bars close by ($14). Their bar is fully stocked so they could probably make you anything and they also have a short beer and wine menu, but those prices were good also! Service: 9/10 - Great! It wasn't super packed so maybe hard to give an accurate read but there seemed to be an ample amount of bartenders and it was quick. Overall: 8/10. I think once they get their feet under them a little more it'll be even better! Probably just a few kinks to work out. The building and decor are absolutely gorgeous though and the drinks were good enough to go back and I look forward to it! read more

Tonight was my first time visiting The Quarter in downtown Greensboro. I loved the experience! Right away I was greeted by lovely decor and a nice bartender. I liked the large tree in the middle and overall vibe of the place. It felt exotic and fun. The drinks were very good and well made. I ordered a amaretto and scotch. The second one I had was a Big Easy Express. It consisted of espresso and coffee liqueur. Both were delicious! At 10 o'clock the dancers come out to spin around and put on an acrobatic show.
