Me and a friend came to Clubhouse because I noticed it on Google and it was a new spot in an accessible area where you wouldn't expect it. When walking in I was surprised at how nice it is inside! Very new, very clean and spacious! They have virtual games and great drinks! We went on a night where it was karaoke and we had a lot of fun and the crowd was diverse and inviting! The drinks from what I remember weren't outrageously priced and they were good and the service was great as well! What a ripoff. I was so looking forward to celebrating my nephew's birthday here. I'm sorry I wanted to like this place, but nope. First it's $60 per hour to basically play games on a screen. There's a learning curve so that takes away some time. It just was not fun to me. There were 5 of us and a booth holds 8. We rented for 2 hours and honestly the fun meter was about 30. I could have almost done the same thing on my phone. Drinks were high. Food was high. $14 for mozzarella sticks. $10 for French fries. French fries! The food comes from a restaurant across the street I believe. The vibe is bougie. It was pretty lame for a Saturday night. Bathrooms were spotless (one star). Staff were great. (One star). The Clubhouse was super fun last night! The atmosphere was amazing--very spacious with plenty of room to relax and enjoy yourself. On Friday nights they have karaoke, which made the night even better, and tonight they're bringing in a DJ. The bathrooms were really clean (which matters!), and they have a great bar selection. I loved the outdoor area with the fire pits and fire lamps--perfect vibe. They also have pool tables, and the owner is really nice. The Clubhouse was sooo much fun and it was affordable. First of all the decor and design of this place is welcoming and comfortable. There's a ton of space here too! The staff is very helpful and showed yes how to use the different games. We spent about $130 between four people, pizza, wings, 2-3 drinks each and the dart games for an hour. The bartender, Jaleel, is a professional mixologist and puts preciseness and love into each cocktail he curates. They even make a lot of their ingredients like the pumpkin and pineapple juice in house, which is such a difference maker. One of the cooler concepts that they offer is ordering food from Mediterraneo directly from the bar, and food runners will bring it to you. Late nights the same option is offered through Marco's, and you're welcome to bring your own food in from wherever. Pro tip: They are a self proclaimed Yankees bar so if you're a fan, bonus points! I enjoyed my time at the Clubhouse. My friends and I rented a space to watch the superbowl here. We got to play with the big-screen interactive games beforehand and had a great time. Some of the games were complicated to figure out. But, when I discovered the "darts" game, I was a happy camper! The manager was actively involved with checking on our group and coordinating our food order. They worked with a nearby restaurant to offer us pizza, wings, and sides. The food was hot and football appropriate. It also managed to arrive around the time we wanted it. Also, there was a full bar with attentive bartenders. This place is such a fun addition to Greensboro! I went for the first time today and had such a great experience. One of the owners was there & she was SO nice. The service was great and she was around to show us how to play the games or if we had any questions. I tried the watermelon wave and the purple haze and they were both so good. They were delicious but not too sweet, which I loved. The games were really fun because there's such a variety. My personal favorite was lacrosse or the zombie dodgeball. We didn't have any issues with the sensors and everything worked well. We also did darts for an hour which I really recommend too. There's so many different games to play on the dart board so it's not just limited to the basic dart games. The board worked really well. We had an issue where it didn't register our darts but the owner was able to fix it in less than a minute. She was really friendly and helped us figure things out and was also very attentive while she was waiting on us while we played the games. The games were great too! There's so many different games you can play on the similar that an hour for 2 people almost wasn't enough time. Definitely recommend you try to play some of the non-golf games because they're really fun too. The darts were just as fun. They had very unique games (didn't think it was possible to play soccer on a dart board) and the gifs on your makes/misses had my dying. The drink we had were good! Terrible Experience - Would Not Recommend This was my first time at Clubhouse. I flew in from out of town to celebrate my mom's birthday, and she chose this venue because her friend, DJ Tito, was performing. DJ Tito was absolutely amazing and the only reason we even stayed as long as we did. Unfortunately, the bar service was a complete disaster. Despite having three people behind the bar, only certain guests were being served. We sat at the bar for over 30 minutes without anyone acknowledging us. When I finally asked one of the bartenders if we could only order in a certain spot, she said yes, so we moved and waited another 20 minutes. When we were finally able to order, the male bartender approached us with a bad attitude. He took our order and then just walked off to start cleaning, without clarifying if we needed to pay or if our drinks were coming. I tried to get his attention and politely asked if he was still taking our order. He turned to me and yelled, "I don't have any f***ing glasses." After nearly an hour of waiting, this level of unprofessionalism was both shocking and upsetting. He later apologized and blamed stress--but that doesn't excuse this behavior. We later learned this man was Chris, the owner of the establishment. I would never return to this venue or recommend it to anyone. The service was terrible, the drinks were subpar, and the way we were treated--especially by the owner--was completely unacceptable. Spend your money somewhere that values and respects its customers. read more
