We recently had the downspout fall off the side of our house and as a result, three nights ago when it rained we had a steady stream of water coming in through a crack in the window frame, under where the downspout used to be. Needless to say I wanted to get this fixed urgently, and being a three story house it wasn't something I could fix on my own. I called the day before yesterday and mentioned my problem, and Guy and Beverly helped me right away. They gave me a quote and scheduled me for the job to get done, and later when they learned there was a chance of rain the night before the install, they bumped up my appointment by a day so that the job would be done before the next rainfall and I wouldn't have to deal with water coming into my house again. He works with them around their rainwater collection tank initiative, and came by a few days after my call to request an estimate. He offered a fair price, patiently answered all my questions on the phone a few days later (as well explained price differences between a competitors proposal and his own scope of work), and the workers were fast, tidy, and did a great job. Guy was super helpful. Took the initiative to get to my house as quick as possible to give me an estimate. Then scheduled the repair for two days later, the day after Thanksgiving just so it could be done before my open house on the weekend.
