After being told "no" by a half dozen other local companies, Guy carefully listened to all the specifics of our job and helped us figure out a great solution. Guy was very quick in responding to my various calls and emails and we even used Face Time to look at specific gutter parts that he had stock. They were one of the few companies that carried the contemporary style gutters we wanted. Rain Gutter Specialists did a great job with our gutters. I'm extremely happy with the job and the gutters look amazing. Everywhere we called told us that they were booked up and to be honest so did these guys. However, what they told me was that if they could fit us in in between jobs, they would call and sure enough, I got a call and it was done! I would have posted sooner but I was waiting for some rain to see how our gutters hold up and they are great. So a few things: First, they came out sooner than expected- that was great. Second, when they came out to do the job, they were efficient, they cleaned up after themselves and they were professional. Third, for whatever reason the check I gave them was filled out incorrectly, I called then mailed them a new one and they were super understanding about my screw up. Guy and his team are exceptional. The attention to detail and the level of customer service sets them apart. They make their own gutters, all one piece gutters that look great! I called Guy a year and half ago to look at my gutters and he advised me that I didn't need new gutters then! Great company! Guy came out two years ago and gave us a reasonable estimate. Showed up on time, very knowledgeable. We decided to wait and with the recent rains we figured we better get this done. Called the company back and spoke with the receptionist - Guy called me right back, had all my info and quote from two years ago. We set up a date. Easy! Even better, they were able to come out early because they had something open up. A team of two guys came out and did the work - they were very polite and had some good suggestion about where certain things should go to avoid pooling in the driveway and that kind of thing. These folks are great. I can't so much comment on the pricing because they were the only company I called after talking to a couple of friends about how much gutters typically cost, but the amount of up front guidance and communication, honesty about different options, and the crew itself and how fast and seemingly well they did things (they're new gutters so can't comment on longevity yet) would make me recommend them to anyone. Only thing is how long it takes to get them to come out, but I guess that's what happens when you're good at what you do--you sometimes have to wait for a good company. read more

We moved into our new house a couple of weeks ago and when it rained a few days later we discovered there were no gutters. I checked Yelp and found the Rain Gutters Specialists. They had great reviews, came out a couple of days later, provided an estimate and by the end of the week we had great looking, functional gutters! It rained today...hard... and the gutters eliminated the waterfalls (sheets of water just coming off the roof) that we'd had before! I was very happy with Rain Gutter Specialists. They really care about their customers and about doing a quality job. I was so impressed with the way the gutters looked on the house. I had my brand new beautiful gutters for one week before my house was tented for termites. When the tent came off...some of the gutters were damaged...UGH!...but Guy came out right away to give me a quote to send to the tenting company to replace the damaged gutters. These guys are great!  We bought a house with no gutters. Lior came out walked around the house with me and advised me on where the gutters would be more beneficial. Excellent service from start to finish. This is a company that really puts the customer first. The estimate was scheduled quickly, and on the day, Lior arrived exactly as scheduled. He took time and answered all my questions patiently. He left me with a reasonable estimate on several areas of the house, and gave me some alternatives to think about. I ultimately decided on installing gutters on only one area of the house for now. With no hesitation Lior came back promptly and gave me a new estimate. He was honest with his assessment of the house, gave me what I thought was a reasonable quote, and said if i was interested he could squeeze me in the very next day due to a cancellation. He was very professional, courteous and had excellent advice on what we needed to do to correct the gutter system currently on our home. Super friendly and efficient family business. I emailed to have an estimate; they called me to set up a time and the name of the technician who would be coming; he measured and I selected the style of gutters. They called to give me an install date and one more confirmation call the night before. Two workers showed up in the morning and were done in under 4 hours; clean and self contained; all work was done from the roof so it wasn't necessary to move any plants or furniture. My garage slopes backwards and they came up with a clever design to bring the water to the front which required extra material but I wasn't charged extra. Now I notice gutters everywhere and mine are definitely the most beautiful!!! read more

[ EDITED Review]: A few days after posting my original review, the owner (Guy) called me. He apologized profusely for not being able to give me a quote. He took responsibility for the estimator's decision, and sounded truly sorry for wasting my time. He explained that his company just doesn't do this type of installation, but he wanted to call me because he cares about his customers and reads every review, and he didn't want me to feel as though they just didn't want my business. In fact, he gave me his cell phone number and told me to call on him in the future, if I ever need help with my new gutters that another company installed. He sounds like a genuinely nice person who cares very much about his work. If you have the right kind of roof/fascia/rafters, give Guy and his company a chance. I would. [ORIGINAL REVIEW- 2 Stars: The estimator came over but was not able to give me a quote. He said that the fascia (I think) was too thin and that my roof didn't have enough rafters. I told him I had already got other estimates and nobody else mentioned any problem. He warned me that other companies might be unscrupulous and that they might not deliver, but then he admitted that maybe they'll attach the gutters directly to the roof, which apparently this company can't do. Guess what? I got 3 other estimates, all from reputable licensed companies, and I'm now looking at my brand-new gutters installed by someone else. Johnny showed up on time and gave me a great estimate. He was very professional, friendly, and informative. You never know what your going to get when searching on yelp but these guys are worthy of the 5 star rating. When I got my estimate they called when they said they would and even arrived early. Install day started off with a mechanical issue on their van a few miles from my house but this is life and no reason to get upset. Guy called me several times to keep me posted on the status of the repair and an ETA that he thought they would arrive. By the end of the day I had all my gutters up and looking amazing. The installers were very nice and kept a clean worksite. Guy called again to make sure that if the guys weren't able to finish the job, that I had first choice on next work day if it fit my schedule. Excellent Company! Honest and knowledgeable. I have Known Guy For many years now. As a Friendly Competitor of his I wanted to say that he is one of the good guys out there. (There are a few) If I am too busy or don't service the area I will recommend his Company in a heartbeat and Vise Versa. Very Nice person and High Quality Workmanship. Fully insured and Licensed. As a small business owner I want customers to know that there are quite a few Other Gutter companies out there that offer substantially lower prices than everyone else. One reason for this is they may have a license but no workers compensation Insurance (Workers Compensation is a huge part of our expenses) they get an exempt form from the State Contractors board . This means they are claiming to have 0 employees yet they will show up at your house with a crew to perform the work. Please check with the State Contractors board first as a company that is not paying into workers comp will usually be able to out bid the other companies (No Workers Comp to pay, and no Payroll taxes to pay on employees) however keep in mind that if one of the "Non existing Employees" gets hurt on your property the responsibility will fall on the homeowner.
