Guy and his team were amazing to work with. Very accessible and showed up on time during the scheduled meeting window. We recently purchased our house and after the recent rains we noted a few trouble spots with our gutters. Guy came out quickly, walked the whole house to make sure everything looked good. While some people would advise to replace everything, Guy noted there was no need and replaced the spots that had issues for a very fair price (can check against home advisor), no pressure to do more than was needed. Professionals from start to finish. Lior who came to discuss the job with us actually talked us out of spending money we didn't need to spend, and he under promised but over-delivered. He and the entire crew couldn't have been nicer. At first, Lior said it would be quite a while before they could do the job (everyone's scurrying to prepare for a rainy winter this year) but just a few days later we got a call: they could do the job the following week. We also had to do some minor construction to prepare for the job and the workman they recommended was also spectacular. Finally, one of the installers was concerned that one of the downspouts wasn't the right color and called it into the owner. How did we learn about it? I found the owner of the company walking down my driveway to take a look after the crew was gone. Because it was already dark, he said we should wait to pay until we got a close look at the job in daylight. It turned out to be fine. After having my house repainted recently, I realized that my gutters were old and deteriorating. I called the office and was greeted by a very friendly lady named Beverly that was very cordial and polite. She worked with me to find a time that worked with my schedule to have Guy, the owner come to home to measure and supply me with a quote. I did a bit of research to ensure that I was paying a fair price for the work that was being completed and quickly determined that is was. I hired Guy and his company to complete the job. The day of installation came and his team was at my home 15 minutes ahead of their expected time and completed their work ahead of their anticipated completion time. They were neat and left no mess behind. They even hauled away the old rain gutters that I had my painter remove from the house before painting and left them in my backyard piled up. Guy came out and I had an extremely competitive quote within a 1/2 hour with a detailed description of all the work to be done. A nominal deposit ensured the existing gutters were removed and carted away prior to the arrival of painters later that week and once the exterior of the house was painted, I was quickly able to schedule the installation. His 2-man crew arrived on time as scheduled and finished the entire job in less than 7 hours. They even installed another downspout without charge. Beverly, Lior, and Arturo are a great team to work with. They were patient, courteous, and very knowledgeable. They helped me pick out the right colors that would match the patio cover and a different color for the downspouts to match the paint on the house. Arturo showed up within the 2 hour window and worked quickly. My only complaint is that I wish they could have squeezed me in sooner; I waited 10 days from the time of the consult to the install. After having my house tented, I was advised by the exterminators that the lack of rain gutters on a 20 foot section of the second story was causing dry rot in the siding. The beginning was a bit messy, as the drainage company we worked with wanted us to use this company, but they were booked about 4 months out. It was difficult communicating with them as well (had to leave messages, did not always receive a return call). However, once we got the initial walkthrough done, Guy was very helpful and communicative and even bumped us way up in the line since we had already had our drainage work completed. The guys that installed the system were professional and polite, great service and cleanup. Very easy to work with. Let's start with Beverly who was so helpful and friendly in booking a consultation. Early appointments are available which I find so rare with vendors. Lior called the morning of the consult to confirm it, showed up on time, and then was exceptionally knowledgeable and friendly. I have a tendency to over-talk a situation and he was an excellent listener and took me around the house to explain different things to me. He showed me the quality of the gutters they were going to put up (I actually got to try to bend a sample- spoiler alert- I couldn't bend it), walked me through my choices (downspouts to match the house paint), and gave an exceptional quote. I accepted it right there and then... I could tell I was working with experts. They bent over backwards to get Arturo out to our house the very next morning (again I had been very difficult and needed a very early appointment so my husband could be there to help select the location of the downspouts). A windstorm ripped our old gutter from the second story roofline of our Porter Ranch home, twisted the gutter and left it dangling and flapping around. I called Guy Ziv at The Rain Gutter Specialists and asked for an urgent repair. Within two hours a team came out, inspected the damaged gutter, and gave me an estimate. I gave Guy the okay to proceed over the phone and the team went to work. First, the old gutter was pried from the roofline, lowered to the ground without damaging the house, and then cut into short segments for recycling by the company. Second, the new seamless gutter was produced onsite and then carefully taken up to the roof. Finally the team installed the new gutter, screwing it in very frequently along the whole length of the gutter and connecting it to an existing downspout. Friendly and responsive. I had a relatively small job, needing about 40 feet of new gutter installed to existing downspouts. Guy came out the same day I called and had new gutters installed later that afternoon.
