They give you ideas for how to use your vessel after the candle is gone, but also they will refill your candle with wax as well for a discounted cost. They have such a cute little store area for extra take homes. They have a bar with drinks and snacks for you to enjoy as you make your candle. Note you do have to come back later for pick up. As noted in my other Bath & Body Works reviews, the stores are always packed with merchandise and maneuvering around without bumping into merch, shelves or people is basically impossible. Service was friendly. I was greeted upon entry, offered a basket and assisted while searching. Cashier was friendly and helpful as well. Store was in good shape and clean. When roaming the store, I would've loved to see more "Franklin" and local apparel - of course they have a good selection of items but I saw lots of "Brentwood" and "Columbia" items and not a lot of Franklin and Nashville which I think would be beneficial for them as they are in the Factory in Franklin. Usually love their young friendly staff but went earlier in the week and had an odd interaction with an older woman at the register who made a weird comment about my shirt. She also seemed to have no clue what she was doing when trying to ring me up. Her colleague had to help her but I literally stood there for 30 minutes JUST TO BE CHECKED OUT.
