We've lived in this community for several years and chose it specifically because it is advertised as a non-smoking property. Up until recently, we genuinely enjoyed living here and never had any issues. Over the past several weeks, marijuana smoke has been regularly entering our apartment through the bathroom vents and around the front door. When it happens, the odor is strong enough to fill parts of our unit and even the shared stairwell. This is not an occasional occurrence, it has become a recurring issue. We have contacted security and the leasing office multiple times, but the problem continues. It's frustrating because we intentionally chose a smoke-free community and have always respected the policies ourselves. We are simply asking management to enforce the standards the property advertises. A non-smoking complex should provide residents with a smoke-free living environment. read more

After living here for over 5 years, the only consistently positive thing I can say about this complex is the maintenance staff. They are hardworking, responsive, and seem to be the only part of this property that still cares. Unfortunately, beyond that, this place has gone downhill rapidly. When Decron managed the complex, things were much better. The property was cleaner, there was actual security, and management enforced the rules in the lease agreement. Now, there's a constant smell of marijuana coming from apartments, overflowing trash on a daily basis, and dog waste left all over the property. One of the biggest examples of the decline is the abandoned vehicles. The lease clearly states that vehicles must be functional, registered, and operable, yet there is a car that has not moved in over a year. The tires are completely flattened and stuck to the asphalt, the grass underneath is dead, and spiders are covering it. It honestly looks abandoned. Previous management would never have allowed something like that to remain on the property this long. This complex may be older, but it used to feel clean and well maintained. Now it feels neglected, with overflowing trash, abandoned vehicles, and very little pride taken in the appearance of the community. Another major issue is management availability. The manager is rarely on-site -- maybe twice a week if residents are lucky -- and even when concerns are brought forward, nothing seems to get addressed. Security is minimal, people leave lawn chairs in the pools, and there is frequent swearing and inappropriate behavior around families and young children trying to enjoy the amenities. read more

Unfortunately, my experience with the leasing office hasn't been great. This hasn't been a one-time issue--it's happened on multiple occasions. Whenever I've gone to report a maintenance concern, the person in the leasing office has acted like I'm inconveniencing him just by asking for help. He makes it seem like it's the biggest inconvenience of his day and consistently has an attitude instead of being helpful or understanding. I've even been told to try to deal with the problem myself rather than having maintenance address it. As a resident, I don't think it's unreasonable to expect maintenance requests to be taken seriously and handled professionally. I hope the customer service improves because it really affects the overall experience of living here. read more

You were great when you were managed by Decron, but your new management and staff have been unwelcoming, unprofessional, and uncaring about the people who live here. Just drove by the apartment complex and what was once a beautiful neutral brown color palette, is become a white and blue palette. Not loving it. Blue and white screams more modern building, cold and no personality. They need to keep the original color. I really hope they go back to their original colors. Much more homey. read more

don't do it you will regret it. this place has allot of issues not gonna make a list however management here is horrible they will only collect rent and never be helpful for anything else. This place is beyond horrible! Lived here several years and there has been a noticeable abandonment of care of both the tenants and properties. The current management staff is incompetent, unprofessional, not helpful at all and do not take responsibility for their mistakes or the facilities. There is animal feces everywhere in the grass areas that one cannot even walk outside without the stench. The are supposed to be non smoking, yet people do, right below me and it comes up into my unit, where I have small children. They will only call back when it has to do with money. They also do not monitor the pool areas, which are filthy and I do not even want to mention the disgust I've witnessed there, including a passed out, drugged homeless individual. That is the tip of the iceberg. 1 star is a gross exaggeratio. read more

Been here for a year and have had numerous problems bathroom tub has not worked since January will not drain door looks as been kicked in and lock loosens up all the time entire frame cracked on door the smell that comes from the drains in the house is horrible. Every time a truck passes by on the street the entire apartment shakes as if its an earthquake if I could give no stars at all that would be the truth. No parking for guess per other tenants use it for all their cars and rotate cars but yet I had to pay 500 per my car was towed per I place the wrong handicap place card in window but never received a warning nor a notice and it happened only once. I hear since new management took over the place has been not ok. The windows are thin so u can hear everyone outside especially if your bedroom's face the parking lot of the building there's a garage under every one of my bedrooms that also causes my apartment to shake and I can hear when everybody comes home and leaves all throughout the night . read more

Been living here for a few months now with minimal issues. Moving in was fine. Our agent was nice, helpful, and on top of things. Maintenance is often quick and helpful when an issue arises. Rent isn't cheap anywhere per se in SoCal, but in comparison to other locations, it's not too bad here considering that we're in a safe, central area. The apartments are decent; not overpriced/modernized, but not ancient either. Amenities are nice and as described/shown. It's been a little bit of a pain with our building taking five weeks to be painted, but they're finally about done, and it's not as if this will be an annual occurrence. One gripe I have revolves around dog issues...whether it's barking, or the amount of dog poop around the property. I'm astounded at how people will blatantly not pick up after their dogs, even as it happens in front of me with a station nearby to pick it up. But that's one of those things management can't exactly control. And certainly not enough of an issue to consider moving over. All in all, I feel I made the right choice to move in here. read more

If I could give negative stars I would. I have lived here for 6 years and I have never had an issue until the new management company took over. They are horrible. They do not care for the tenants. They are rude and try to scam you. I would never recommend anyone living here. They are not willing to help and take no blame for their actions. read more

This use to be a amazing complex but about a year ago greystar took over and it has went extremely downhill and fast. What they allow is ridiculous 10 people in a two bedroom, blasting music day to night , partying , marijuana smell and cigarettes smell everywhere . And can't forget all the feces in the grass areas while waking the neighborhood. They turned this place into a ghetto and still have high rent. Sad read more

10/10 do NOT recommend, every since management has changed 3months ago EVERYTHING is down hill. I'll start with the fact that maintenance used to show up at the speed of light I called to have my dryer maintenanced they didn't show up till almost a week later laundry just over flowing! In addition to that I believe they are trying to scam all of us when they first came month one they sent a letter out because they had over charged all of us and everyone's account reflected charges they weren't accountable for late fees , sur charges etc. My personal account always has changes as I am a single mother on housing assistance, so my rent changes with my income someone's negligence caused my account to reflect a balance of over 3,000 as any mother would I panicked gathered all my documents and went to the office to prove I did not owe that amount management who never spoke back to me or looked at my paperwork just utterly rude! made to think my account then reflected 1,900 I made an payment in cash as well as online to cover the balance ONLY to then be told I only owed $99 after paying $1340 over payment they refuse to give me my money back!!! It's been over a month I've been told serval different lies/stories and reached out to the CEO no moves have been made on my behalf I am also a minority so I do feel discriminated against truly an unorthodox very unprofessional company I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! Nobody should be treated the way they treat people. They lied said they sent a check, when I contacted them , to see when the check was sent they then said they couldn't send checks to tenants and they have to credit to my account which is being paid in full by housing as I have zero income and they want to keep my money.
