Had my wedding reception here at The Ranch Events Center in the Great Room. The room was welcoming, nice, and bright. It has a great view of Anaheim and at night, our guests got to see the Disneyland fireworks. The Great Room allows access to the suites where you can take a shower and get ready, which was nice to have.The suites are large enough for a few people to get ready. Our guest total was 96, so we had plenty of room and made mingling easy for everyone. Alyson, the events manager, was helpful though out the process and on the day of our wedding reception, her and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the reception. Bryan and the AV team was nice and helpful. They made playing our slideshows on the 2 large screens easy. Just like the restaurant we enjoy, the food was amazing, which all of our guests enjoyed. I attended a vendor event at this location during a recent conference stay and cannot heap enough praise on the staff and management of The Ranch Events Center. From when I first pulled up in my ride share, to the staff who checked me in and led me to the elevator to go to the 6th floor, to the bartenders, to the Manager who periodically checked on our group... everything was first class! Beyond the open bar, the finger food brought out was top notch. Lamb chops, sliders, cheese and fruit trays, and more... the final touch was the dessert offerings, with one of the best Crème Brules I've ever had. The main event was a bourbon tasting. The vendor who invited me to this event had picked out three Buffalo Trace products and for many of the attendees, this was their first foray into tasting whiskey neat. I greatly enjoyed listening to the host explain how to taste the bourbon and ask what flavors attendees were picking up on. All in all, this was one of the best events I've ever attended and it all started with a fanatastic event space plus phenomenal staff! read more

My family had a Celebration of Life at The Ranch Event Center. We had a group of 30 so we used the Study. From Kathy then Alyson as the coordinators all the way down to the parking attendant, the service was top notch! The receptionists were always friendly and welcoming. Had LITERALLY the most perfect ceremony and reception at The Ranch. We had our ceremony in the Dining Room and reception in the Hospitality Suite. Had the most amazing experience here. From our first tour with Alyson we knew that the great room was the perfect place to hold my fathers 70th birthday/retirement party. We had 125 guest and everything ran so smoothly. The communication with Alyson before and during the event was exceptional. She followed up throughly and provided proposals every time there was a change so we knew exactly what we would be spending, helped us coordinate with the vendors, and gave us great suggestions and diagrams for placement of the vendors/tables. Me and husband had our wedding reception back in March with 38 people including us. Food was excellent (definitely to die for), staff was way beyond amazing (they definitely helped us navigate the entire night and omg had way too much fun with the photo room~), and our coordinator Aksha was super helpful. The biggest thing I have to give thanks is how we were able to have an extra seat for my father who passed in 2021. Even though the reception was super small and there was no wedding I still wanted a way for my father to be part of the night and I was glad Aksha made sure that happened (was going to put a picture on the seat but we decided not to and leave the seat open and poured a glass of wine instead). AMAZING! I just hosted my husband's 50th birthday party at The Ranch. The second I met Alyson I knew it was the right place! She was fantastic throughout the process and recommended some great vendors for the event. There was literally nothing I had to worry about the night of the event. The space was beautiful. Nick, the banquet manager was super cool. Very professional yet down to earth. Gina who was the Lead Bartender was excellent as were all the staff that evening! Food and drinks were amazing. We did buffet style for 100 people and everyone had plenty to eat and raved about the food and appetizers. We held the event in the big banquet room and added the Whiskey Tasting Room which was a hit with guests. It was really above and beyond and our guests said it was the best party they'd ever gone to. This review is long overdue but we had a family celebration here in September 2022. Aksha is amazing! A week before our event, half my guests got Covid and we had to cancel. She helped us reschedule and was a blessing for our party. From the waiters, the tech guy who explained how to use the equipment, the bartender, the front desk who helped me when I locked myself out of the venue lol, all were outstanding. The food is excellent and there are lots of different menus to choose from. We had the dining room and there is an outdoor balcony which was nice to view the Disneyland fireworks. If I could give more stars I would. Had my wedding this past weekend and everything was perfect. If you have any kind of event, get in contact with Alyson. I booked my wedding a year in advance mainly because of her. Did a tour of the event space with Alyson and at first it sounded like she over hyped the place. She. Did. Not. If you haven't had the experience of eating at the restaurant downstairs, do so. The one thing she mentioned over and over was that the food is what they're known for, and my god it does NOT disappoint. Alyson was is constant contact with me, my planner, and my vendors making sure everything went to plan Come day of the wedding, she made sure to do everything she could to help the night go perfect. Whether that meant chasing me and my wife around to make sure we ate something, to bringing us a drink herself. She and the staff at the event center are INCREDIBLE. Our ceremony was in The Hospitality Suite and the reception was in The Great Room. (Literally a 1 minute walk from each other) Alyson made sure to set both rooms up exactly how we envisioned it. Was it pricey? Yes, of course. Was it worth it? ABSOLUTELY. I'd do it again if it wasn't so stressful planning a wedding. If you're planning an event, do it here. Wedding Highlights: 1. Alyson. I kid you not I know I've mentioned her many times, but she is a lifesaver. 2. The kitchen is on the same floor, the chefs prepare it on the same floor exactly the same way they do in the restaurant. 3. The staff will be your best friends by the end of the night. 4. There is a bride and groom suite for getting ready 5. There is a specific room for your photographer(s) to take shoots. There room has a bunch of stuff in it to customize any photo setting you want. 6. It didn't happen during my wedding cause of the wind but, there's a balcony in The Hospitality Suite that's perfect for photos when the Disneyland fireworks go off. 7. We had a 200+ attendee business party here and it was a rave experience with awesome on site coordination.

Turns out, planning a reception party in southern California in summer is no simple task. Even more difficult was finding a reasonably priced, non-conventional venue with 5-star food, service and a coordinating team that shares your vision. Not to mention accommodating discriminating guests such as providing a Celiac-friendly menu, air conditioning (it was 90 degrees in August) & free parking. My husband and I currently work & live in NY, but needed to throw an impromptu banquet for a large number of family in CA. Alyson, Alexis, Matt and the team were professional & a true delight to communicate with from beginning to end of the process. I am still amazed that there were almost no request that couldn't be accommodated for (& believe me, there was a list!) Our Hospitality Suite had lots of space & a 6th floor view, luxurious details with mahogany walls, and even a terrace that allowed guests outdoor views of the beautiful CA sunset and fireworks at the end of dinner. The team even decorated the fireplaces with glass vases, floating candles and lanterns. Simply magical! We were also impressed that the restaurant itself was built like a fortress with high security, & provided everything from backdrop wall, AV equipment, lighting and sound...even flatscreens on both sides of the room for our videos. There is even an unique saloon downstairs with live stage and dancing for an afterparty. The food and service were impeccable and we continued to receive lots of compliments from guests about the menu for the next few weeks. Despite not being able to visit the site in-person until the day before, no details went amiss & the venue truly went above and beyond to exceed our expectations. We got married in the Great Room at The Ranch on 1/29/22 with 60 guests. Long story short, we had one month to plan our wedding...The Ranch made it a beautiful wedding and helped us with the little details we had missed. The staff was there every step of the way and took care of us like we were royalty! Alexis was so nice and was always prompt to respond to our calls and emails--and accommodated all of our special requests! She coordinated seamlessly with our vendors and made sure they knew what time and where to set up. On the day of, she even allowed us to arrive earlier to get ready & take pictures in the beautiful bridal & groom suites. Besides the beautiful suites, The Ranch has a photo studio room with different backgrounds on each of the walls (one with 2 armchairs, another with a white couch and chandelier, wooden arches, and a wall with LED candles). Bonus is the saloon you can take pictures in before they open to the public around 5pm. The different backgrounds really made our wedding pictures & video that much more interesting! Alyson was there at our wedding and stepped in to help us coordinate our bridal party entrance...she took control when we were all scrambling and lost. It turned out perfect with her help. Alyson and Alexis went above and beyond to help us out the whole night...making sure we were fed and had all the drinks we could want. They constantly checked up on us. Thankfully they did because I ended up needing help with the bustles on my wedding dress. They were on the floor with my sister as she tried to figure out the bustle minutes before our first dance! Some of my guests thought they were actually our wedding planner/coordinator! The staff and servers were super nice and helpful...they kept congratulating us and making sure we were doing okay. The food was amazing...we got so many comments regarding how this was the BEST wedding food they have ever had! Tasted freshly made and not just reheated. We even had leftovers and The Ranch was so nice to provide to go boxes and bags for our guests. The venue was beautiful...so spacious and elegant. It even has a nice terrace area that is perfect for taking outside pictures during the fireworks from Disneyland. Our wedding at the Ranch surpassed all of our expectations and we are so happy we booked with them!
