I'll start by saying that this is the second time I have hosted an event here seven years apart from each other. The first was for my eldest daughter's sweet 16 and the second one was on January 2 for my youngest daughter's quinceanera. I cannot say enough, good things about Monica, the manager of this facility. From the start, she was so helpful, kind, and responsive. She made my entire process stress-free and even worked with me to ensure that I had more than sufficient time to set up. The venue staff the day of my event were wonderful! A shout out to the event captain Marisol for being amazing! My guests not only complimented the service they complimented how good the food was as well. Although it ended up raining the day of my daughter's event and we weren't able to use the patio area which we originally planned for, we were able to set up everything inside and it worked out very nicely. We went with their "Everything but the Ring" package because we wanted the convenience of an all- inclusive, plus we thought it was a great value for a SoCal wedding. We got to choose from their preferred vendor list and there were a good amount of options (photography, floral, bakery, DJ). The menu tasting was delicious and LeeAnn once again made the experience enjoyable. The day of our wedding was rather stress free! Vendors arrived on time, and Banquet captains Chris and Sam ran the event smoothly and were so professional and thoughtful. They made us feel like VIPs.
