(FOOD POISONING) I was there celebrating a 15 and I would say it was quite an experience. The bartender had an attitude and wasn't even wearing gloves while she was touching EVERYTHING. For the time being I was there, I didn't see her wash her hands. All staff didn't seem to welcoming except for this one gentlemen I didn't get his name. Food was very cold and very bland. The Costco pizza they brought in was more flavorful than the food they were serving. For having a nice venue to serve terrible food is not a good look! Around 8PM I started feelings stomach pain and nausea while being at the venue to this day I believe I got sick from their food and terrible safety guidelines. read more

I attend monthly meetings at Grand Catered Events. The location is a bit random - tucked away in a residential area & easy to miss. The large parking lot could use a face lift. The building itself should be renovated too. The food is pretty terrible - mushy green beans, overdressed salads, bland chicken. The dessert selection is halfway decent at least. I would like to thank the management team and staff of Grand Catered Events for helping Lestonnac Free Clinic host its most successful Casino Night fundraising event on Saturday, March 21st! Freddie and Reata are wonderful! We booked Grand Catered Events for our wedding a month ago, and they were great to work with. Their packages are fully customizable, they really do their best to meet your requests and make your event beautiful. Their staff was very friendly and professional. Also, the food was awesome! We did the buffet, and the food was kept moist and tasted so fresh, you wouldn't expect that from a buffet. Reata was our coordinator the day of, and she really took care of us! I had always heard that the bride and groom don't get to eat at their wedding, but she got us a plate of food right away. So we were able to eat dinner and she did the same with dessert, so we actually got to try some of their delicious desserts. We went with the dessert station option, and were impressed with the variety they put out. Also, they kept the desserts bite size so people can try different things without so much waste. Oh and to back track a little, we also had a cocktail hour and the hor'deurves were so good! We went with fresh fruit and palmiers. We recently had a death in the family and needed a location to hold the reception after the service. Grand Catered Events was recommended to us. This was a very stressful time for our family and Grand Catered Events assisted us with creating just the right atmosphere and menu for our reception. The funeral service ended a little early and they were accommodating for the guest that arrived early. I wanted to give my review about Grand Catered Events. My family and I recently had a 70th Birthday party for my Grandma serving 150 guest on July 28th, 2012. By far this is the one of the Best event halls I have ever been to. Fareed and his staff were very professional and helpful through out the entire evening. The place was verry clean, spacious and nice. We were complimented tremendously by our guest about the hall, food and staff. The food was fantastic. It was buffet style so the staff always made sure we had food through out the evening. As well as the Deserts, coffe and tea. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who needs a hall for their special occasions. There are multiple sized rooms for any occasion ie: meetings, Weddings, Birthdays etc. I guarantee with the help of Fareed and his staff you will be greatly satisfied.
