I made my bowl with brown rice, black beans, steak, cabbage, pico de gallo, the two cheeses, and the grilled pineapple. Absolutely yummy! My only complaint is the beans were a little al denté and could have been cooked a little longer.

Overall, Balanced Foods is a solid option if you're looking for quick, filling meals and convenience. However, I would have liked to see more variety, bolder flavors, and a little more creativity in the menu.

The bagels are soft and pillowy with that perfect chew, and the fresh whipped schmears are the ideal complement. And it's not just the bagels that keep us coming back. The service is AMAZING!
