Server was assigned to 7 tables or more and one of those had 10 diners. She was slammed. Not really her fault. She's not likely cooking. The neighboring table ordered steaks and seafood. One man finished his steak before his lobster came. The server helper nearly dropped it on the floor. Entrees finally arrived at 8:34. Lo and behold, the server helper kept delivering food to tables to assist our server. Ranch ordered with the onion rings was missing. We ate and left within 10 minutes of getting our food. We were just that tired and hungry. We just wanted to get out of there after being there almost two hours, mostly waiting. It's also nearly impossible to get a signal and there's no public WiFi. Asked to speak to the manager was when we paid our check. We were told she was "floating all over the place" so we didn't get an opportunity to speak to her without waiting again and that wasn't an option; the only choice was to leave this review. Bottom line: The food was pretty good, but we didn't order anything special or fancy and we did make a reservation and showed up on time. It shouldn't take two hours for a basic meal. It just isn't worth the painfully long wait time and inconsistent service. This place could be great if they could work out the timing and service issues. If things got to be streamlined and service was smooth and timely, this could be a 4-5 Star place. It's only been there a month or so. It might be best to wait a while to try it.
