I like DeWalt, Craftsman, and Black and Decker!! I thought DeWalt tools and especially their drills…read morewere super sexy tools when I would see them primarily at Lowe's and also of course at Home Depot! I finally bought a DeWalt drill and really enjoyed it in terms of ease of use, great functionality, quality, and just handsomeness! Sadly, I misplaced that drill in one of my moves and no longer have it! Craftsman tools were a staple in my household as a little girl, and growing up, and we own several Craftsman tools even today! Craftsman has always been synonymous with quality and for years they had a guarantee where the company would replace any Craftsman product without any questions asked! I worked for a few years at the Huntsville Sears store at Madison Square Mall, and we sold a plethora of Craftsman tools and products. Who, at at least some point in their life, has not owned a Black and Decker dustbuster?! I think everyone has! I've had as many as two at a time in order to keep one at my work and then one at home! They are great for small-ish vacuum jobs and do a fine job and mine were rechargeable! They worked extremely well! I think I had a Black and Decker weed eater (they call it a "trimmer and edger") too, at some point, which, like all Black and Decker products I have owned, did a great job, was not terribly expensive and lasted a long time! For cleaning products, tools and outdoor yard cleaning items, Black and Decker has you covered! Thanks, Stanley Black and Decker for making reliable cleaning, repairing/assembling and yard care products!

Stanley Black and Decker has a long history. I've always been into tools and appliances. My father…read moretaught me about tools. This love came from my love of working at his garage on cars. I still have my toolbox and use tools for everything. The Craftsman brand is now owned by Stanley Black & Decker. Craftsman has great tools in my opinion but I'm not an expert. I also have owned many small Black and Decker appliances. I had used the Black and Decker Dust Buster for years and actually went through two of them. The third model I purchased was outdated with an electric cord when we now have rechargeable cordless technology. The toasters and coffee makers didn't last long before I had to keep replacing them. I guess that's why Black and Decker had problems. I can't recommend anymore.

If I could give them less, then one star I would!! This was by far the most unprofessional company…read moreI have ever dealt with. I usually do not write reviews on bad companies, but I feel I need to warn others how bad they were. I ordered a load of drywall and stated that it needed to be hand loaded into the garage as the site was not accessible by boom trucks. I asked for it to be in three Piles according to size. They charged me for an extra guy, understandable and said that would be no problem. The house has a two-car garage and I have a manlift parked in front of the left bay. I left the right bay open for them. The tried backing the truck down the driveway and onto the front yard which was all mud. The truck got stuck so they spent two hours and some of my lumber to get it out. they then decided instead of doing it by hand he would try the forklift which he also got stuck in the yard. The yard looks like a war zone at this point and they haven't even unloaded any drywall yet. When they started to unload it they must have decided it was too much to carry so they loaded what they could in the garage with the lift. They couldn't load the last pile as the other side had the manlift in front of it and they didn't want to carry it so they decided to try and push my manlift with the forklift causing damage to the lift. At which point they dumped the pile in the driveway next to the lift. When I complained to their manager they told him there was not enough room on the side of the lift to walk, and there was not enough room in the garage for the last pile that is why it took 4 hours to deliver. They also said they got stuck because the lift was in the way. They drove the truck off the driveway 100 ft. before the lift so it wasn't the lift in the way it was incompetence. Where they said there was not enough room to walk they were able to put the last 4'x12' pile of drywall with the forklift. And lastly my wife and I carried the pile they left in the driveway into the place in the garage where they said there was not enough room, the next day without moving the lift. I explained all of this to the Manager looking for an explanation and he said that instead of canceling the delivery when they didn't feel they could do it, and rescheduling, they decided to tear up the yard, damage my lift, leave the drywall in the yard and tell me it was my fault. All he could offer me was an apology and didn't seem concerned with the damage to my lift. The delivery guys are lazy and incompetent, the managers are rude and unprofessional, and the overall service deserves less than a one star. I would never use this company again for anything and I highly recommend builders stay away as well.

A simple business with a few key products for landscaping…read more Mulch, decorative stone, and base materials like sand, stone dust, process, trap rock, and topsoil. That's pretty much the long and the short of it. I found the perfect match for the stone beds that came along with my new home, so I only needed a yard of the "2-inch Minus River Rock" they sell to do some patchwork. Check that - I probably needed a half a yard. At least 2/3 of what I bought is now sitting in a pile behind my shed. LOL, I guess you gotta learn the hard way sometimes. Anyway, it was $60 for the yard, $35 to dump it at my home. They were there in 30 minutes so I could get started quickly on my landscaping project. I know, I could have spent less renting a truck and just getting half a yard, but $100 was well worth the beautiful results. The only slight complaint is that the load was kinda dirty. Maybe I should have known this in advance - they were getting low on the product when I arrived, so it was almost inevitable that some dirt was going to come along with it. Still, we are talking about decorative stone here. I guess a few rainstorms will clean everything up... not a huge deal. Everyone is really nice. I even once got an unsolicited callback after they didn't pick up the phone. I was just asking about their hours, but a very thoughtful gesture nonetheless.
