We sampled many of his flavors, and I must say the ghost pepper flavor was definitely packing some heat. His smoked maple was particularly tasty, but so were his more traditional flavors. Yesterday we dropped by to see the shop (which is located on the 377 access road across from Kroger). All the jerky is made here, and we left with a bag of the smoky maple (Thuy's favorite).
