I didn't get a warm welcome; in fact she left me standing there awkwardly for at least a few minutes with my arm full of coats before asking if I "needed something". She then proceeded to tell me you can only consign by appointment and that this information is on their Instagram. It is not. (I have included a screenshot of their account so that they don't update it and claim that it said by appointment only all along) I see that a previous reviewer had a similar experience, so I can only assume she interacted with the same woman whose customer service appears to be contingent on her visual assessment of you. I wanted to support a small, local business instead of selling on The RealReal, but after this interaction I would never set foot in this store again.

I've been selling my designer clothing for years at Labels, and almost buy as much as I sell from…read morethem. The inventory is just so good! They have tons of stuff and always have a sale rack. I usually buy shoes, handbags and sunglasses. However, they have lots of clothing, jackets, and jewelry as well. I've read some of the reviews and they say a lot of times people don't greet them while they're shopping. That has happened to me only once. They usually have a lot of great friendly employees ready to assist you. If you are selling clothes, you need to call them and make an appointment which I recommend. Another tip is if you're selling clothes and have a haul to bring in they have a parking lot in the back with easy access to the store. They also have plenty of street parking in front of the store and nearby. I recently went in to pick up a bag that I had them pulled because it didn't sell at a higher price so I decided to keep the handbag and to pick up my check. I hate to admit, however, they sometimes can be a little forgetful when it comes to mailing you your check. I recommend calling in to see how your clothes are doing, and if they've been sold I ask them to mail me my check. And unfortunately they have forgotten two times to mail me my check so now I just pick up my check and I also use it as an opportunity to shop and have lunch in the area. I enjoy and recommend Labels to all the fashionistas out there!

Atlas, i.e. men's apparel, accessories, and items are front and center when you walk in the door. Athena, i.e. women's apparel, accessories, and items are to the right of the entrance. The clothing is hip and cool, and the fabrics and high quality. The jeans are lux and the tops are cozy and feel good to the touch. It's a larger space than the Atlas location in Walnut Creek, so they're able to carry a lot of styles for both men and women! Speaking of styles, their displays are set up by trend and not by vendor, so you can quickly put together a casual, trendy, or sophisticated outfit. They are the *only* place that carries the G-Star brand for BOTH men AND women outside of G-Star retail locations. Other vendors in their collection include the Canadian labels Dex and Tulle. In addition, they carry the Groceries label, created by a local from Pleasant Hill : ) Their target market is from 25 y.o. - 50 y.o., but the owner said that he hopes that younger and older clients will find their clothing accessible as well. *Note: The clock tower will be getting a makeover, as well as the doors to the store, and ultimately the entire plaza to make it more of a shopping destination, so watch for changes to come! *Tip: You can find out about their in-store wine tasting events with Do-Good Wines on their Facebook page : )

There are a ton of things here - like every thrift and antique shop, you have to be on the lookout. Slow down, explore. You will find things that speak to you.
