Not the best selection of beer on tap which was a little unusual for a pub but offered most of the popular ones which were fine. My boyfriend and I both ordered a cheeseburger and were very pleased with our choices. Bun: brioche style bun was extremely fresh with the inside toasted to perfection Patty: fresh ground meat seasoned well and cooked exactly how we ordered. Toppings: very fresh with one of the best dill pickles I've ever had! Fries: hand cut and tasty but were cold which was a bummer Gravy: red wine gravy was quite flavorful Cole slaw: oil and vinegar style slaw seasoned nicely. One of the better ones I've had Service was mediocre but it was such a beautiful day on the patio that it didn't seem to matter that much! Will definately stop in again if we ride through.

The chicken was so incredible dry and was so gamey I thought I was eating lamb. The chicken tasted liked it was cooked after sitting in a fridge for a week. The rice was flavourless, the veggies tasted like they had freezer burn. The waitress did not come to our table once to see how everything was. I had to get her attention after 20-30 min as I lost my appetite and didn't want to eat anything else but advised her that it was awful and she took it off the bill. Quality of food and service is the worst I have seen in a long time. I would not recommend this place.

You just picture good fries at a pub but they were frozen. Not a big deal. The part that set me back was when the bill came. We had 2 Tanner burgers and a 1/2 Quesadilla, 3 pops. The bill with tip was over $100. For lunch. The stupid part was and the reason I will never go back is the fact when she came with the bill she said I believe it was 3 or 5% for credit card or $0.10 for using the debit. Lol. Like wtf, you can't swallow 10 cents on a $100 bill? Hide it in the price of the food. I wonder how many people don't come back because of something so petty as that. Anyway. Just stupid.

The food arrived hot, fresh and was delicious. Many of our guests commented on how good the food was was but the real proof was seeing people go up for seconds and watching all that food disappear. I was especially impressed by the fact that Andrea had several catering events booked during the week AND she was hosting a wedding at her restaurant on the same day as our event. The quality of the food and service was second to none. Thank you Andrea for helping us mark another memorable milestone and making it a success!

When it came out, I was excited because it looked really good, but after biting into it, it was pretty mid. I feel like the burger could've been executed better for the price they're charging. IMO the patties were still pretty thick to be considered a smashburger, and despite being thicker than expected, they weren't very juicy. The buns were pretty dense and came untoasted as well. It wasn't bad, just not impressive. The portioning was enough to get me full, but I would want to order a different entree if I decided to come back. The french onion soup upgrade was definitely worth the money and I do recommend ordering that! Service was good, my server was really nice and helpful with answering any questions I had about the menu. Food came out pretty quick after ordering and the atmosphere is nice and clean. I'd like to give this place a second chance in the future but it wouldn't be my first choice.

They had a lot of burgers on the menu but only one that didn't have fillers and was gluten free. The $4 charge for gluten free was too much and the extra charge for hot sauce, for that reason I might not come back. An extra $1 or $2 ok but not $4, the whole pack of 4 buns costs $5-6.

Their menu is an array of traditional pub faire and they have an extensive drink menu. The back patio runs up to a ravine with field stones offering an extra private escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life. The process of getting a seat was easy. We spoke with the hostess at the front of the restaurant and she seated us right away. Menus and cutlery were provided promptly and our server was also great and attentive the whole time! I tried the seasonal cider, a Wild blueberry and elderflower cider. It had the most incredible red colour. The flavour palate was perfectly sweet and balanced. I would have this every day! For food, we had the French onion soup. Honestly this was THE perfect French onion soup. No notes on what could be done better. My husband had the Philly cheese steak burger. It was very meaty. The demi glazed sauce was tasty, and the ingredients were fresh. I had the Tomato bacon sandwich. Each but was thoroughly cheesy, with meaty back bacon slices. Splurge for gravy! It was delicious with crispy fries and really elevated the meal. This spot is great for a family lunch or a date night. I will absolutely be recommending to friends and family in the future!

On their website, they highly recommend calling for a reservation (no online options are available) as they are a small pub. While there were tables available inside, and regular turnover on the patio, even on our midweek visit it was evident the suggestion was valid. (Since we were visiting to celebrate a birthday, I was sure to heed the advice.) Right from the appetizers, through the main course, right to dessert the food was fantastic as was the service and the patio was a beautiful place to dine. Loss of umbrellas, mature trees, and plenty of room between tables. We will definitely be returning.
