I've worked at many well ran companies and some small family owned businesses and the best policy is always the customer comes first. If you take care of the customer, they will make sure to take care of you and your business. They quoted me a price (a high price at that) and then later spiked up the price even more and wouldn't honor the first price they gave me. Even if they made a mistake on the first price quoted, the price should have still been honored. That would have been the customer friendly thing to do. Instead they wanted to be righteous and argue about it. Unless I was being really disrespectful and cussing them out, there should never be an argument with a customer. EVER. I will never rent from this store again.
