Before I started, I believed that I was eating fairly healthy (I ate everything, mostly cooked from scratch and organic, colorful food) and worked out regularly (stretching, weights, cardio about 3 times a week). Because my overall condition was so debilitating, I decided to jump right in and sign up for the 3-month program. BEST DECISION OF MY LIFE. Within two weeks, pounds started shedding. I was not what you would call "overweight" but I was definitely heavier than I ever was, so the shedding was welcome. Even my husband, who was a little skeptical heading into it, totally had his mind blown and is a much more informed partner about his role in labor. Kelly herself is a godsend.
