I stood there for 15 minutes after arriving at the pickup time waiting while they argued about whose responsibility it was to help me. When I finally got my food it looked like it was all there, my fault for not rummaging through it standing at the bar. I drove home, found it missing salad and missing coleslaw. Both steaks were overdone, and the missing sides just made it a less than pleasant experience.
