I started off first doing 1/2 a syringe then working my way up since it was my first time and EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I get 1/2 a syringe or a full syringe after, i'm always left with bumps even after 2 weeks of waiting for it to be healed. It became extremely annoying and inconvenient to get injected, wait 2 weeks then come back to get the bumps inside my lips dissolved. I have driven to this place 4 times to get injected and 4 additional times after every 2-3 weeks to get bumps inside my lips dissolved. If you do your research and go to a better place, you don't go get your bumps dissolved after every injection... I am extremely disappointed in this place because now I have fucked up lips and now I have to go and pay somewhere else to get them dissolved completely and RESTART. So anyone who is looking to get lip fillers, save your money and go somewhere else that has 5 star review because dropping $600 on 1 syringe isn't worth it at this place just to get bumps dissolved everytime and uneven lips. You can definitely see the dent on the left side because the NP overshot way too much in the middle and right side. All staff are very friendly and welcoming. Lena did my treatment. She seemed knowledgeable and told me about options and expectations. We discussed what I wanted done before she started. Room had a tv angled from the ceiling so you can watch it comfortably while laying down. She starts with measurements and pictures, does some markings on the stomach (may not be necessary for other body parts) and then sprays the cold cryo stuff on. That part was pretty quick. Then I laid down and she did my face/neck. When applying a serum + sunscreen afterward, she massaged it in and that was nice and relaxing. She's very gentle and checks in frequently to make sure you feel ok/it's not hurting. Finally, I chose to end with EMS. They described it as vibrations that are equivalent to 1,000 crunches. Another option is to use metal tools similar to a gua sha. Overall, took about 1.5 hrs. Front waiting area is a bit small. Can only fit 4 people sitting, but really just 2 comfortably (2 chairs and 1 small couch). They have a small fridge with waters and some snacks above it. I'm going to wait at least a few days to see if I have any noticeable results. They recommended 10 sessions, which is $2k if booked as a package. While I would love the see the results of that many sessions, it's difficult for me to take off that often from work and have sitters for my kids.. so we'll see. Buuuut, the staff made for an excellent first experience and I would recommend giving them a try (at least for the aesthetics stuff; I can't attest to the dental side). 4.5 stars, but kept it at 4 until I can tell if it was worth $200.

It was when I developed an issue with Gallstones their support disappeared. I let them know about the issue and I was told "we are stopping you cold turkey, keep us up on things and can you please write use a review." And that was it. I did try and keep them updated. I let them know a few days later my doctor felt the gallstones were not a result of the GLP-1 I was on. But they never got back to me.
