Been living at the Reid for almost 2 years now. Just sign my second lease! The staff are extremely helpful and keep the complex clean.

Tina, Kayla and Jasmine from the administrative team, and George and Jamal, from maintenance are top-notch, super friendly and easy to deal with. We love the complex's atmosphere, the lovely layout, and how peaceful it is, day and night. Bonus: I always look forward to the fun social events they promote at the holidays! :) I highly recommend it!

He was in the office alone and there were people in and out making payments since it was the first of the month. He was very Professional and Patience. We were able to do the tour, he took the time to explain everything and answer all of my questions and gave me his card to call him if I had any questions, He also told me how to go online to start the application process, which I did immediately. I was really impressed with the management team. The neighborhood is nice and peaceful and it looks like the maintenace team does a good job keeping the grounds and the pool clean. I have experienced multiple issues with management and maintenance. In a previous incident, I suffered excessively high electricity costs due to their incompetence. For approximately five months, I paid between $300 and $500 per month in electricity charges because maintenance was unable to identify the issue. Eventually, they determined that the heater and air conditioner were running simultaneously and canceling each other out, which caused the unusually high electrical usage. Despite this, the property only reimbursed me about $250. As a result, I lost approximately $600-$800 due to their failure to properly address the problem. More recently, another issue occurred when the full common-area corridor electricity charge was incorrectly added to my monthly bill. I explained the situation and provided evidence, including the utility bill. I clearly stated that I would not pay the excessive rent amount until the issue was resolved and that I should not be held liable for any late fees. I followed up multiple times but received no response. Despite this, a late fee was added to my account, which is unacceptable. When I called to address it, I was told that a voicemail had been left instructing me to proceed with payment. This is false--I did not receive any voicemail. They also failed to follow up via email. Additionally, the claim that a voicemail was left on April 2 is untrue. At no point did they make a genuine effort to resolve the issue. I am still living in there and waiting to leave this hell place.

Jose was my personal property management consultant, he will seriously take care of you. He will go above and beyond to make sure that you understand what is presented and comfortable with everything. In the Covid/Pandemic times I was stuck overseas and they have helped me on phone calls and emails by giving access to my friend to lookout on my apartment and my car. Friendly staff, respectful residents and great shopping centers in walking distance. They have a nice swimming pool, game room, personal workout gym, outdoor grills for cooking, enough parking for cars and a little play ground for Pets. Lots of flowers and greenery all around the community. Green Park offers new luxury apartments and townhomes for rent in Tucker, Georgia. Located on a beautiful 3 acre park. They have studio style apartments, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments, homes along with two and three bedroom townhomes makes up this serene community. Green Park is conveniently located by Virginia Highlands, Emory, the CDC, and Perimeter Mall. These apartments have a cool access to places like a movie theater across the street, pizza places like Mellow Mushroom's and Uncle Madios, sushi, Thai, and other restaurants all in walking distance. Kroger, Publix, Target and Aldi all around the corner. The apartment complex is very clean, beautiful, and well maintained. The property is super convenient to everything in and around. And most important, I feel very safe. The complex is new with beautiful updated appliances and wooden floors most of the place which I love it. I would highly recommend Green Park Apartments to anyone looking for an amazing place to call home.

They have an attitude with everything. They recently put a $50 charge on my account for not having renters insurance (I've had the policy active and paid with USAA since moving in). I've now called five times to get them to remove this charge so I can pay this month's rent. The online portal will not allow you to pay a custom amount. Now the charge is off, but with a $130 late charge. The package situation is dumb. I have a wedding coming up, so clearly expensive and important packages will be coming to me. The front office accepts the packages from the carrier, puts them in the back of the office and when you try to get them from the front office staff, they can't find them. I have literally visited the office six times to receive two packages. They also will not allow you back there to look yourself. They never answer the phone. This is annoying, because when you walk down to the office there is usually someone sitting in the office to greet you. Even if you have a tour of a future resident, have one staff member stay in the office to answer the phones. Even if you leave a message I never get a call back. I have called on at least five occasions and received one call back. There was even a time when a resident near me had packages outside their door piling up over a couple weeks. A neighbor stopped me in the hall and we were both concerned. The resident clearly lived alone and we were concerned if the person might not be alright inside. I go down to the office to speak to the staff who visibly looked annoyed I was bothering her. She told me the resident would retrieve the packages eventually and not to worry about it. I said, "Can you please do a wellness check to make sure the person is not dead inside?" She again acted annoyed. I threw my hands up and left. The amenities are consistently broken and under repair. For a complex that talks of luxury, this is far from it. Live somewhere else.
