I went to 3 other local shops for a quote and no one took care of me the way Freer did. Called the insurance of the person who hit me to get me answers, helped adjust my bumper before I left their lot to make it a bit better for me to drive (without me even asking, might I add). They used Carwise which texted me updates on timeline and estimates. Called me and coordinated with insurance/rental car like no other. My repair ended up taking about a week longer than expected. More damage was found but it was clearly communicated to me that it was possible, and they gave me an update each step. They even had an after hours pick up which worked perfect for my schedule. Left me a card and a beautiful rose (such as kind touch). My car was clean and shiny on the outside (sad it won't last long due to all the snow and salt) with the inside vacuumed and smelling great! Truly can't recommend Freer enough. Kind, trustworthy, knowledgeable, and truly excellent service. I will trust Freer with all auto body repairs going forward!

The Rivian needed a new hood given all the damaged. However, it is very challenging to get parts to say the least. Grey's team got to work "popping" hundreds of dings and in 4 days the truck looked like new again. No paint, no parts, just sheer talent pushing the dents out. Not sure what the final cost was but given a traditional repairs with parts and paint I know this was a better and faster repair and that is the best value in my opinion.

Long story short and 3 visits and 3 weeks later. They said you can't rotate large tires! What!? They're only 33" tires. They gave it back with carriage bolts loose then say they never touched suspension but forgot to do the alignment yet charged me 2 hours! And this: 179 miles added to my odometer which I reset after thinking it was odd I had to fill up the truck b4 brining it back into them the last time. Took it to another shop, alignment was still off, tires got rotated, and they thought that shop was mentally slow for putting a god awful amount of weights on the tires when balancing. Place is ran by thieves, imbeciles, and jerks.
