Communication and design ideas were excellent. The job was completed on time, every day the area was left tidy and on completion it was all cleaned and extra little touches left on the bathtub. The new tub and tile surround looks amazing, the workmanship is of a very high quality. We could not be happier and highly recommend and would use them again in a heartbeat. The work was sub par, corners did not fit correctly, used lot of small pieces, graining was all off when two pieces fit together. When I wanted to discuss Joe would not answer the phone or call back. My recommendation would be to find someone else, lots of reputable granite shops around. This shops also grades their granite higher then competitors therefore more expensive. I regret I selected this shop!. Also look in the BBB complaints, other complaints like mine.
