NOT Romaine lettuce.

At my job, we occasionally have visitors whereas we order lunch for everyone (not MY choice). Roma is the go to because salads, sandwichs, etc appeals to most. We ordered food for 11 people, 1 of the orders was missing. Sandwichs were ham and swiss, no swiss. Turkey and swiss without the toppings asked for. 2 salads, no dressing. All these were written on the receipt correctly but the execution was an epic fail. The missing sandwich and dressing were delivered to us, that was great but PACKETS of dressing? You re an Italian deli and you dont make your own balsamic dressing?? Shameful. They DO give very large portions, but if its not made correctly, then who cares? My salad had a huge lettuce core in it and dead green lettuce. Next time ill go out and get my own lunch.

Gluten Free Bacon Egg and Cheese! Let's goooo!! It's hard finding a deli that offers gluten free bread, for obvious reasons and I get it. BUT it's so nice to order a breakfast sandwich to enjoy with the rest of my family!!! Sometimes they run out of buns after the morning rush, so be sure to plan ahead and don't wait if you can help it! The staff has always been so kind and helpful. There are a few tables to sit at, but I usually just order stuff to-go. Plenty of parking in front and near by. Super expansive menu!

In a sentence: this is an emporium of high-end quality Italian products. The best or nothing else will do. Reminiscent of the kind of stores you would find on Arthur Ave in the Bronx. I found out about the place by accident, while waiting on a line in the pharmacy. So I looked up the address and took a ride. Glad I did! Ordered the #53 the Italian Stallion on a roll to-go. The bag seemed a little heavy. At home I weighed one half of the sandwich - it was close to 7 ounces. There was enough meat, cheese, lettuce, tomato and roasted peppers to make two overstuffed sandwiches from just that one half alone! The only minor complaint: the balsamic vinegar and oil would have been better on the top of the sandwich. It soaked through the bottom half. Nobody likes a soggy bottom. There is a wide selection of dried pastas, sauces, cookies, pastries, dried sausages, hot & cold food to go. The menu is so extensive it takes longer to figure out what you want, than at a Greek diner! And you thought you knew what you wanted when you walked in. That doesn't happen too often! There are a couple of tables inside and picnic tables outside.

This is by far THE best deli around. I wish I had a deli this good where I live. I grew up in the area but now live in CT. I might go back for another sandwich to take home. The bread fresh, they pile on the meat, and it's Italian! This is the Italian Stallion sandwich

I disagree with Joseph as there's so much meat on the sandwiches that my kids complain when I get home, but I guess to each his own

Best bacon egg & cheese I've tried in the area. Good selection of sandwiches & imported Italian grocery items.

Is this business owned by the same people that used to own The Roma Deli on Hooker Avenue in Poughkeepsie? I remember that place had sandwiches that were so good they reminded me of delis in NYC. I was disappointed when they left.

We were greeted and seated right away. Our server Kyle was excellent and accommodating. We shared a bunch of appetizers for the table, including calamari, the eggplant, the meatball special and the buffalo mozzarella. Everything was delicious. Entrées ranged from the lamb chops to the veal saltimbocca, the ribeye and the salmon. We did try their new dessert option, the warm apple cobbler, which was delicious. Would recommend going for a big party or special celebration.

The fig martini cocktail was fire! So very delicious, I ordered two of them. The biggest downfall food wise was the beet salad. Incredibly bland dressing. Not very flavorful salad at all. The veal saltimbocca was okay, the star of the plate was the spinach. But the panzanella starter was divine as was the farfalle deliziose. So scrumptious. We finished with some fantastic desserts. Panna cotta was perfectly tinged with an orange flavor. So silky smooth. And the special dessert of a pear soaked in wine was delectable. It is a boisterous and lively atmosphere without being overly noisy. They do have a lovely terrace, but it was too cold to be seated out there on this visit. Perhaps next time.

Was here recently for a group outing and while the food was mostly good, it doesn't rise to the level of other local Italian restaurants. Service was slow which is fine, but it seemed they just didn't have enough staff on hand to handle the pre-booked parties. Which was odd. Antipasto was great, and calamari was pretty good. But it is that attention to detail that separates a 3 from a 5 in restaurant land. Bread was meh, and dressing on the salad was weak. And while the calamari was pretty good probably 30 percent of the pieces were pretty soggy. Also the chicken marsala had great sauce but clearly reheated chicken. Now other Italian restauarants locally are guilty of that (recently seen at Stephano's and all the time at Pizza Village) but that alone isn't going to get you a 5 in my book. Reheated chicken has a different taste. Anyway, the review is a 3. Would I come back for a group outing again? Sure. Would I try to dissuade a small group from going here? Yes. Would I go back here on my own? No I would not.

From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccable. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and genuinely seemed happy to be there. This was our second time dining there before a show at the nearby community theater, and clearly they're very accustomed to theater crowds. Before we even mentioned it, our waiter asked if we were heading to the show and paced everything perfectly so we could relax and enjoy our evening without feeling rushed. The restaurant filled up quickly while we were there, and I can absolutely understand why. I'm very glad we made reservations. The food was delicious, portions were just right, and the entire experience felt polished without being pretentious. Sometimes the best compliment you can give a restaurant is simply that you can't wait to return -- and that's exactly how I feel about Patsy's. Five stars from me.

Everything is delicious and the service is awesome. If you're gonna have the dessert, you have to try the Creme Brûlée Cheesecake. Woah!!!!! Definitely gonna gain some weight from this place. Then we waited close to ten minutes before the waitress came for drink orders. We ordered 2 cocktails and the waitress scurried off before I could order an appetizer. Oh well, they lost $. So another close to 10 minutes passes (in a 3/4 empty restaurant) before the drinks come back and we can order entrees. I will say the drinks were excellent! We ordered and waited. The food came out timely. So: I got chicken marsala. The sauce was basically gravy and did not have the classic marsala wine taste. Very disappointed. It came with mashed potatoes which arrived lukewarm. Not cool. My date had a rigatoni dish that had sausage and guanciale. The pasta was borderline Luke warm and the sausage was blazing hot. Not cool. The guanciale was burned. There's no excuse to taste "burn" in a meal. Really not cool. I have to mention that there were 2 tables nearby with 5 people. We watched the meals come out sporadically- people were watching others at the same table eat. Ugh! Thats a pet peeve. All meals should come out at the same time. I also heard a waitress tell some people that came in that there were no menus left they would have to wait. Come on! Over all it wasn't terrible, but definitely not somewhere I would go to again. Between the slow service, lack of opportunity to get an app, the mediocre marsala, and the inconsistent temps, I don't feel bad passing this place up next time I want Italian. I had such high hopes!
