Was Dying for a pepper and Egg hero so i went to Nonnas. came home to see that they used maybe 1 egg. I know eggs are expensive but come on thats ridiculous. I also got about 10 fries with it. and they charged me $11.

Ordered a Broccoli Rabe pizza last night to go. When my wife went to pick it up he said "4 more minutes " so she waited. It smelled so good when we got it home as my wife and I were starving. We ate the 4 center slices, burnt on the bottom but still edible. The rest were hard as a rock and black on the bottom. Probably "4 minutes" way to long. Oh this wasn't the 1st. If all you do is pizza just do it well.

This is a small spot that really surprised me. They sell slices and it is the real deal thing crust pizza with amazingly fresh ingredients you can taste with every bite. And the crust is so good you will ask for sauce to dip it in. Definitely a spot worth visiting for a quick lunch

Double-stuffed pizza with my choice of toppings. I put some hot cherry peppers, artichoke eggplant, and tomato jalapenos in there. It was delicious. It was like a huge calzone.

Pleasantly surprised! Pizza is pizza is Pizza, well these two pies, at Nonna's , to our taste one of the best. Kind of sad that the place was empty on a rainy night, but plenty of take out orders to be picked up. We ordered a personal meatball for my visiting grandson and "the 9 years old expert" said it was the best he ever ate! My husband and I shared a 1/2 Margarita and 1/2 meat lover pizza. Each sides were oozing with cheese and plentiful of meats. Service was great, our waitress checked on us many times, to make sure all was well. NOTHING to complain about, I give them 5 stars. Prices were comparable to any other not so good Pizza Joint!!!

DO NOT BOTHER WITH A CEASAR SLICE !

Ordered a salad slice and a Cesar salad slice .. waited 15 mins to drive back to work .. no dressings to eat with and when I complained the cesar slice was lacking for the 7$ I paid for it. I was told he would not exchange it . It was store bought lettuce and store bought croutons and that was it . pics include my lunch . Staff is lacking the care the previous owners showed customers .. ill take my business elsewhere along with my company and all my friends DO BETTER ..

I called in an order for pickup. Whomever is responsible for the national labor shortage, (Insert note of sarcasm here), thank you! I feel bad for the girl who answered but I appreciate her being there, facing the unknown! Maybe this was a her first day or maybe her first solo call taken? Who knows... When I arrived, there were a few guys behind the counter, two young girls folding pizza boxes, each at a table, and three girls standing at the host counter. Didn't appear very busy at the time... only one car in the lot and it was occupied and running. All the girls were very nice. When I said I was there to pick up an order, one girl asked my name and went and picked up my bag, which appeared to be the only bag awaiting pickup. As I was driving home, I received a call from the restaurant. Clerk: Hi, this is Nona's, I'm wondering if you can come back? We forgot to put the cannolis in the bag. Me: Starting to laugh and thinking to myself, I'm on the modern equivalent of Candid Camera... I said, you're joking right? Clerk: Starting to laugh a little too said, I'm sorry, no! Me: Can you just credit the amount back to my card? Clerk: I can do that or we can deliver them if you like? Me: I thought you don't deliver on Sundays? Clerk: We don't! Me: Forgive me for asking what might sound like a silly question, but if you don't deliver on Sundays and today is Sunday, when would you deliver my cannolis? Clerk: Please hold I'll check. Clerk: My boss said we are short for delivery drivers so we can't deliver them. Me: Ok, then just credit the amount back to my card. Clerk: Ok! We don't have your order in the system and longer, can you read me your card number? Me: I can't right now as I'm driving, can I get back to you? Clerk: Sure! I got home, put the oven on warm put the food in the oven and told my wife... Wife: Can't make it up! Me: Nope! Deciding that the cannolis might be the only thing to make this endeavor worth while and not real confident in my financial security with "reading" my credit card number to the clerk at this well oiled machine-like operation, I decided to drive back. How bad could this go? I arrived and walked in, one girl at the host counter (we'll call her different clerk) and not a another person visible anywhere. Me: Hi, I was here about 15 minutes ago for a pick up order and got a call from you guys saying you forgot my cannolis. Different Clerk: Ok? She just stood there looking at me. After an awkward period of silence and no movement... Me: I was going to get a credit over the phone but decided I'd just come back for the cannolis. Different Clerk: Ok! Another period of awkward silence and no movement. Me: So, how about those cannolis? Different Clerk: I'm not the person who took your order so I can't help you. She walked toward the from of the store, briefly spoke to someone out of my sight and came back. Me: Oooooook! Is there someone who can help me? Different Clerk: Walks by me and into the back. (Original) Clerk: Appears from the door with the Different Clerk behind her. Clerk: Hi, can I help you? Me: I'm the cannoli guy. You called about forgetting my cannolis in the bag. I decided I'd just come back and pick 'em up like you originally asked. Clerk: Let me get them for you! Me: Thank you! Clerk hands me a bag and apologized again. Me: No problem! I hope you don't mind but I have to check the bag this time. Lol! Clerk: No problem, I understand! So, other than the bizarre questions asked by the original call-taker which unfortunately for length, Yelp will not include those details here,) the missing dessert, the drive to and fro, twice, the food was ok. Nothing to write home about. The manicotti tasted like frozen and defrosted manicotti. Not fresh tasting at all. It wasn't bad though, just not fresh tasting. About the same quality as a commercial brand like frozen Cellantano from the grocery store. The sauce on the manicotti, different story! The sauce was awesome! Might just be the best sauce I've had locally. Remember I asked for extra bread? I'm not sure which of the skimpy six slices was the extra bread. I hope I didn't pay extra for the "extra bread" because there was barely enough bread, with the meals, let alone any extra bread. The meatballs were pretty good. The sauce on the meatballs, not terrible, but waaaaaaaaay too much garlic, especially in comparison to the AWESOME sauce on the manicotti. The cannolis were actually mini cannolis. Each serving contained three of them and other than the rock hard shells, that shattered when you bit into them, they were okay! The cannoli cream filling was tasty, soft and fresh. The salads had some browned lettuce on the bottoms of the containers. They were also okay. Honesty, we've eaten take out from this place twice now and each time has been, well... a bit disappointing generally and very disappointing for the nearly $50 they charged.

They say first impressions are everything. I will never again be ordering from Nonna's and wanted to fairly explain why. I ordered a simple order; a Ziti pizza and Sausage Parm sandwich thru Doordash. The Doordash driver only brought the pizza (with the receipt clearly stating two items). So I contacted Doordash and then contacted Nonna's to speak to the manager to figure out what happened to my sandwich. I was polite and respectful, but the snooty girl REFUSED to let me speak to the manager!!!!! I told the girl she had just lost a customer. When does a restaurant NOT let you speak to the manager if you have an order issue? To the owner's/manager of Nonna's: your food is decent but not any better than the other 100 places in the area. I simply wanted to find out where the error was in not receiving my sandwich. I even have the picture from the Doordasher CLEARLY showing just a small pizza. It's fine, make too many angry customers and you'll be out of business. I don't like getting ripped off. The picture below was the picture from the Doordash order and CLEARLY there is no sandwich with it. All I wanted to do was confer with the manager if the sandwich was with the order when the Doordasher picked it up. Nonna's: your loss. You could have had a repeat customer.

Always love ordering from here. The garlic knots are the best I ever had and definitely are a meal within its self. Usually I go with a large pie with fried shrimp and basil as a topping.

Meatza- pepperoni, bacon, sausage- slice Massive!! Delicious!!

The fig martini cocktail was fire! So very delicious, I ordered two of them. The biggest downfall food wise was the beet salad. Incredibly bland dressing. Not very flavorful salad at all. The veal saltimbocca was okay, the star of the plate was the spinach. But the panzanella starter was divine as was the farfalle deliziose. So scrumptious. We finished with some fantastic desserts. Panna cotta was perfectly tinged with an orange flavor. So silky smooth. And the special dessert of a pear soaked in wine was delectable. It is a boisterous and lively atmosphere without being overly noisy. They do have a lovely terrace, but it was too cold to be seated out there on this visit. Perhaps next time.

Consider them as better choices if you're up for Italian, instead of the under-new-ownership Longobardi's. Longobardi's used to be our favorite restaurant when Claudio owned it. I've thrown six sizable parties there over the years - a wedding rehearsal, a baby shower, a retirement party, and three special birthday parties. In total, well over $12,000 for the parties, along with many thousands of dollars over the several decades of going there with just my husband, or with family and friends, about once a month. We loved the food and Claudio, and how he ran his restaurant. The new owner - not so much! Today, Father's Day, June 21, 2026, we chose to go to Longobardi's because that is where one of our grandsons loves to order pizza. The adults, of course, planned to order from the regular menu. We were not surprised to see "THE HOLIDAY MENU" with unacceptably increased prices. That's the norm on a holiday, even Father's Day. It is what it is. What we were very surprised at is that the new owner and manager REFUSED to let our little, sweet, very well-behaved, grandson order pizza because it was not on "The Holiday Menu." Mind you, their attached SAME KITCHEN pizza parlor was making pizzas to go, as we sat at the dining table. Our daughter decided to go to that counter in the back of the restaurant, order the little guy his pizza and bring it back to the dining table. Longobardi's new owner/manager REFUSED, REFUSED, HEELS DUG IN, to let our daughter bring the little guy's pizza to our family table in the dining room, on Father's Day, a family holiday, at an Italian family restaurant, with a pizza parlor. REFUSED, no matter how sweet and kind we were. They told her she either had to take the pizza to go, or the little guy had to eat his pizza in the pizza parlor with her, rather than with the rest of the family and his Pop, on Father's Day. It brought her to tears. So the manager, after she and the pizza guy brought her to tears with this irrational business decision, ruining the Father's Day dinner said, "We'll, I guess I could bring the pizza to him one piece at a time, but I'll have to sneak it in, because I already told another table with children, near your table, that they could not order pizza today." This was too little, too late for our daughter and our grandson. Tears, and not a fond memory. The unacceptable behavior and crazy-wired decisions of the manager/owner had already caused unnecessary customer stress and hurt. Really bad marketing and business decisions on the new owner's part. Claudio would have never forced a grandchild to not be able to eat his pizza with his Pop on Father's Day. This arrogant, thinks-he-knows-it-all new owner basically ruined Father's Day dinner for the family, in the interest of his personal greed. Note, he did the same thing to two other tables near our table, which had several lovely, sweet, well-behaved children. This is certainly not the way to do business with families, on a family holiday, in a family restaurant with a working pizza parlor connected and sharing the same kitchen. The new owner thought he was making a shrewd money making decision to force people to order the expensive items on "The Holiday Menu," in the interest of greed. Greed never works in the long run. He shot himself in the foot. He lost six customers of many decades at our table. We will never recommend Longobardi's again. Many of our friends who have frequented there for decades were heartbroken to hear this story, and will stop supporting that business. Several friends from different friend circles warned us not to go there based on their own and different stories with the new owner, but we decided to give the new ownership a chance, and form our own decision. Should have listened. I'm happy for Claudio that he was able to sell his business and was able to retire; he so deserves it. As for the community - the heart in this restaurant retired with Claudio. Next up, give Milanese in Poughkeepsie or Stefano's in Fishkill a try before going to the under-new-ownership Longobardi's.

The food came out timely. So: I got chicken marsala. The sauce was basically gravy and did not have the classic marsala wine taste. Very disappointed. It came with mashed potatoes which arrived lukewarm. Not cool. My date had a rigatoni dish that had sausage and guanciale. The pasta was borderline Luke warm and the sausage was blazing hot. Not cool. The guanciale was burned. There's no excuse to taste "burn" in a meal. Really not cool. I have to mention that there were 2 tables nearby with 5 people. We watched the meals come out sporadically- people were watching others at the same table eat. Ugh! Thats a pet peeve. All meals should come out at the same time. I also heard a waitress tell some people that came in that there were no menus left they would have to wait. Come on! Over all it wasn't terrible, but definitely not somewhere I would go to again. Between the slow service, lack of opportunity to get an app, the mediocre marsala, and the inconsistent temps, I don't feel bad passing this place up next time I want Italian. I had such high hopes!
