It was my first visit, and the woman behind the deli counter was pleasant enough. I got a plain roast beef on a roll with salt and pepper . Normal portion of meat...$12.99. Most of the other sandwiches were $15.00 or more. I asked if the small lobster bisque $7.99 was good, if it had lobster in it. I was told it had no lobster in it at all, just fake krab. A plain slice of pizza was 3.59, so I got that. It was very good. The other slices were $7.00. I know the food economy is challenging.... But this place is pricier than most delis. What a find!!! Was heading across vic the Taconic and traffic said I should stop and grab a lunch before I roadrage an idiot. Grabbed the next exit and found this gem. Absolutely great "deli". Except they have a deli, bakery, pizzeria, hot foods, convenience-store, etc. etc. Tried their sausage and peppers. Pure heaven on a bun!!! I was tempted to lick the container. Absolutely heaven. Also tried an empanada which while wasn't heavenly was still damn good. While I was waiting for my food every single worker stopped and asked if I had been waited on or if they could get me anything. While eating I watched who I presume to be the manager greet a dozen or more customers by name and engage in conversation with them. He stopped by my table and checked on the food. All in all, I have "starred" this deli in my GPS for further stops as I go through the area at least monthly. Great lunch!!! read more

My family and I were on a roadtrip in early June 2025 and we pulled over to let the worst of some heavy rainstorms go by. We ate here and we were surprised by the place. We ate some good pizza and took some delicious baked goods to go. They also had sandwiches, but we did not try those. The staff was polite and helpful. If you live in the area, you are so lucky! The best pizza I've ever had! Chicken Marsala pizza, was amazing. Also tried the broccoli chicken and it was great. The dough is average thickness with some crunch in the bottom, and tasty quite full filling. I say this beats all the pizza I had in Los Angeles, Italy, or some other countries. They had many options for pizza by slice. Slices were quite big (one enough for me) for only $6 per slice. Service was friendly, and had self service tables. I would recommend they get carry out slice box. I liked it very much and got another slice to go but they gave it to me in a paper plate, a small piece of foil and a paper bag which was hard to carry and leaked fat and made a mess of my bag. read more

This place is incredible. Great prices and portions, not to mention absolutely delicious. I live in CT but work in Poughkeepsie, I'm so glad I decided to stop in one day in my drive home! A little supermarket, plus a cafe?! From pizzas, sandwiches, burgers, pasta, and desserts are what I call a treat in PV. There are two entrances, one for the cafe and the market. Don't worry, it's all connected in one whole space but it makes it convenient that way. I've only done takeout for pizza, and it has the NY taste for sure. Not gonna lie- their sammies and wraps are killer- but they are expensive and really the only game in the area. But huge and fresh and delish. The shop itself is adorable and the pizza is good. Very clean and organized. Parking is easy and they also do catering. Staff are friendly and it always appears that there is someone available- there's never NOT someone ready to assist. A group of us guys from church meet every 3rd Tuesday for b-fest and found our usual place closed for vacation. I had heard from so many people rave reviews of this deli, do we decided to go there. Boy what a place. I asked Kathy behind the deli case if we could take up some tables in the corner and she said no problem and we rearranged the area. You're able to call ahead and place an order or to simply go in (face mask/covering) required! Pizza slices available as well as whole pies. Cash is cheaper, if you use debit/credit card an additional merchant fee of 3.5% will be charged. Stick with cash. Got these two nice slices that filled us really good and we just ate them in the side walk a few steps away. Pizza was really good and the whole market itself seems to be very clean and following protocol. Awesome finding a quick spot to grab a bite especially during these times and on a holiday: double win! Definitely check them out if you're in Millbrook. Every time we travel to Innisfree, we make sure to stop at Salt Point for some delicious lunch. They have a pizza station, deli, bakery and a small shop for all your vacation needs. This past time, I decided on the pizza. The man behind the counter didn't have a mushroom pizza out, but he offered to bake a fresh one for me. Now, that's great service!! Be sure to check out their unbelievable baked goods as well: cannolis, carrot cake, lobster tails, and macarons. They have seating both inside and outside, for when the weather is nice. read more

Pretty much, no matter what time of day you visit this deli, 25 construction workers will be ordering sandwiches with one poor girl behind the counter stressed trying and accommodate everyone...always. Take note!youll need to have a spare 30 mins to get a sandwich here, no matter what. And then when the sandwiches are ready, you have another long line to wait on to pay for it. This space needs to get it together. They are understaffed and always stressed and kinda upset. No one who works here smiles ever and the cashiers seem annoyed to be there. What a nice deli/market/pizzeria! The place is setup as little stations with left side as the pizzeria, back as the deli and cafe, center with seatings, and right side as the market area. Well organized and charming. Pizza is a must try! Their specialty pizzas are so good. My fav is the grandma's pizza and veggie with pesto. The price in the market place is slightly more expensive than large grocery stores, but that's to be expected for local shops. Nice selection of essentials and they also offer local products. I am a daily customer at this business. This is a business with deli, pizza, bakery, and grocery. the staff are friendly and accommodating. The premises are well maintained and clean. The deli is excellent, coffee is excellent, bakery counter is very good and offers a variety of quality baked goods, mostly made fresh on the premises. They have a variety of grocery offerings, some Italian and British imported foods, as well as some mainstay groceries, like soda, milk, cereal, juices, breads, meats, canned goods, and produce. The pizza here is something that deserves some discussion. Most of the time the pizza is pretty good, as compared with any typical NY style Neapolitan pizza, found in 'upstate' New York. However, I have found the quality to be somewhat inconsistent. Pizza purchased there during the lunchtime rush is typically fresh and of good quality. A typical slice with topping will cost $6.75. However, pizza purchased from the display case in the later afternoon or the 5 o'clock hour for dinner, is typically dried out and tasteless. I paid $22.00 for four slices of pizza the other night, and they were pretty bad. For that price, I will avoid purchasing pizza there anytime after the lunch hour. $22.00 will get you a large pie with toppings in Pleasant Valley just down the road. Prices overall there are pretty high, but if the quality is there, it's worth it. Otherwise, no. read more

Judging from the lines at the order counter and the checkout counter, i'm gonna say the deli fare must be good. What i like is the interesting groceries that are available, lots of irish/british and italian import items. You can also grab a quick six pack and some chips, or specialty bread for delicious homemade BLT's. When the current owners took over from the Brennan's, they totally renovated the inside and it looks great. My one negative critique is the name. It's easy to get it confused with the salt point deli, right in the heart of the hamlet of salt point. This place is in Washington Hollow. It would be easy to add to the sign "Frank's SPM & C...or whatever the owner's name is.....then people could say, "hey, i'm running to frank's.....can i get you anything......" read more
