In each instance, all requested documentation that was submitted promptly. However, following brief initial exchanges and assurances of progress, all communication eventually ceased without explanation. Most critically, subsequent inquiries and emails have been left unanswered. It's concerning that the engagement of the third and most recent representative was in response to a formal complaint regarding the unexplained disappearance of the previous two reps. The fact that this pattern of evasion has now been repeated across 3 reps strongly suggests that these failures are not isolated incidents, but rather indicative of a systemic cultural issue.
