The pilates reformer classes alone are worth dropping by for a killer workout at a reasonable price point. The pilates instructors are all wonderful and their workout/instruction styles vary. Maggy and Cate are two of the best pilates instructors I've ever come across - I take their classes and I walk out feeling like I am both a jelly roll and also the strongest person on planet earth lol. This is the premiere pilates studio in the area - can't tell me otherwise. I appreciate the variety of other classes (yoga flow, barre, dance, strength & conditioning) to make sure you cross-train your body. The myofascial roll and stretch with Renie completely changed my post-workout stretch routine for the better. The studios itself is thoughtfully designed - I genuinely love to go and you will too.

Stephanie is a great instructor who is friendly and has a warm smile. The studio is beautiful and all the equipment is included and everything is clean and in great condition... and most importantly, I felt like it was a judgement-free zone. I will definitely be going back & signing up for a series of barsculpt classes.
