Todd and his team are pretty amazing. Seriously I thought I had a pretty good experience with some folks I used before but honestly he blew them out of the water. What I liked: 1. Their honesty and integrity. This permeated everything that they did. In particular helping me figure out what the best options were for my family now and in the upcoming years. We recently did a 15 year refi with Todd. It was super easy...all electronic signatures until the final in person notary (who was masked and gloved). The process was incredibly easy and took just a few weeks from start to finish.
