The room has a nice size kitchenette . My only complaint is the balcony area isn't separated it would be MUCH BETTER if they put some lattice work between the rooms or something so you had some privacy! The bed was comfortable and the room was clean . I would definitely stay again if we go back to Hot Springs! We got a late checkout which was nice !

Let me tell you that he has not stopped thanking me for changing his mind since! There aren't enough words to describe how beautiful John's boat was, how amazing John was as a tour guide & as a person in general, or how unbelievably nice it was to be able to just sit back, relax & enjoy the ride without having to worry about anything at all. John provided us with so much interesting information & so many fascinating stories. He made our boat ride such a true pleasure! In my opinion, JD's Pontoon Charters is THE ONLY WAY TO GO! The number 1 reason we chose JD's Pontoon Charters was because we were unfamiliar with the waters & if we rented a boat to drive ourselves, we were so afraid that we would wind up damaging the boat somehow & have to fork out all kinds of money that we had no intentions of spending on our vacation. The idea that for around the same price, we could have someone drive the boat for us & take away any worries or concerns we might have, was just a no brainer. The fact that John was such a delight & his boat was so nice, well that was just the icing on the cake! Trust me, you can't go wrong with JD's Pontoon Charters! Oh & by the way, did I mention that most companies pick up their boats in October, but John was still willing to take us out. That's how accommodating JD's Pontoon Charters was! And gave me a voucher towards tubing next time. I'm willing to give it another go next time we visit. The owner reached out to me and I appreciate her concern. As of now I will give 5 stars based upon updated measures in place for the check-in/check-out process and the owner's willingness to correct the problem!
