The food and atmosphere was amazing! If you are near the Rumpled Queen it's a great place to get dinner. We sat outside and loved it!

5 stars across the board. I'm not sure quite where to start... Olivia was the perfect server, great recommendations, and true service with a smile. This quaint spot is an unexpected surprise in this cute little town. Date night, birthday, special event. The patio is beautiful! Water features, fire places, diverse seating options... The inside is so inviting down to the salt and pepper shakers... The pictures attached tell the story of how amazing the food was... creative, beautifully plated, and absolutely delicious. Don't skip dessert. Most creative sundae plating I've ever seen! Make a reservation and experience the everything the Rumpled Queen has to offer. Thank you for a great birthday experience!

We kept hearing about this place, so my husband made reservations for our anniversary. We were seated in the bar area at a table. We were not too excited about the table as we felt like we were sitting too low, and it was difficult to eat our food. Outside of that one inconvenience, we found the restaurant delightful. Wait staff excellent, food delicious and presented well. Over all we had a very enjoyable evening on our 37th wedding anniversary. We wish them the best with their success! We are excited to have such a lovely option in Salem, Oh.

Great spot for the Salem Cruisers weekend! We sat on the beautiful patio and tried everything on the menu. The RQ Burger and Brisket were our lunch favorites, and the Street Corn and Watermelon/Feta Salad were standout sides. Finished with a tasty peach cobbler. Highly recommend the burger, brisket, and those two sides!

Incredible ambiance. The decor is amazing. Quiet and cozy, despite being very busy. The food was scrumptious and the portions are generous. Staff very friendly. Service was perfect.

Absolutely love this newest restaurant to Salem OH. Wonderfully and uniquely decorated. Food is top notch! My favorites so far are the gnocchi and the cheeseburger both 10 out of 10! Desserts are 5 star!

I also asked for a lemon wedge, not a slice, since you can't squeeze a slice. Next came our espresso martinis, one for each of us. We actually felt the bang for our buck -- strong, well-balanced, and worth every penny. For our appetizer, we shared the gluten-free BBT meatballs. It was delightful. Then our Cobb salads arrived, each with shrimp added. We requested a side of extra-virgin olive oil -- not a blend -- and the kitchen got it right. For dessert, we shared the cheesecake, minus the graham cracker crust because my friend is gluten-free. I would have preferred the kitchen plate it for sharing and provide dessert silverware with it, instead of us having to flag someone down. I'm also industrial seed oil free, and Hailey was attentive to both of our dietary needs throughout. The manager, Chris Nichols, stopped by to check in and ensure we were satisfied -- a clear sign the restaurant is customer centric. I actually thought Chris was the GM. Kudos to the general manager, Ben Lano, for inspiring great teamwork. Lastly, I give the ambience four stars, simply because we don't have a Michelin-starred restaurant in Ohio.

My buddy got an order of Irish egg rolls and I had to get an order for myself. They had corned beef inside and sauerkraut with 1000 island dressing to dip it in super good. The waitress was quick and attentive. Also the casual environment I would say business casual a little more upscale or going to a nice place like this I spent about 58 bucks on two drinks and two appetizers which I mean they blew me away I forgot to mention the wings were breaded and they had a nice crunch to them I love it.

Stopped by for lunch on a Saturday. Partner ordered wings…read moreand I opted for the chicken sandwich. Both were very tasty. The huge portion of fries was too much (but delicious nonetheless!) It's worth noting that they share a space with Magic City Brewing and when walking in, it wasn't immediately clear what we were supposed to do. The only bartender on staff wasn't particularly talkative/welcoming in the sense of explaining what was going on or how things worked ...and the Cult Kitchen staff are behind a window past the bar. (I dont necessarily blame CK for the MCB bartender, but they're choosing to share that space and it's part of the experience so it seems like it's relevant.) We sat down at a booth and realized was a small table sign with a QR code for the food and drink menu. Below the codes is a small line of text that explains to go to the Cult Kitchen window for food and go to the bar for drinks. This isn't necessarily a bad setup, just had to adjust our mindset as it's more casual and in line with a food truck experience. ...like going up to the window more ketchup (it's in little lidded containers) for all those fries ...and cleaning up after yourself, as there is no one busing tables. Again, the food was very good but the overall experience was just lacking. It seems like it could be something really special if the hospitality and service was there!

Despite the positioning on their website it's not a traditional sit down place. It's an order window and then they bring food to the table. They share space with the Brewing company so a bottle of soda is what you get from the order window but anything else you go over to order at the bar separately. Two of us went for an early dinner. We opted for pretzel app which were tasty and a very big portion resulting in us not finishing them. I would say that app could easily serve 4. Slider special was tasty but considering the heavy portion of fries not everything on my plate was finished and neither was my coworkers meal. Eyes were bigger than our stomach. Place has about 10 (?) tables/booths and then folks sitting around the bar at the brewery side. I imagine on a popular day of the week (we went mid week before the dinner time rush) it could get crowded and loud. Feel of the place is grunge/biker though clean and well kept and without feeling 'theme restaurant'. I would say it has its only unique personality. Had we been more prepared from the restaurant's website for what the place was we might have more enjoyed things. It's just feels more 'out drinking and getting the nibbles' than a destination meal.
