My grandchild had a birthday party here. They are pretty strict with jumpers and observers all have to fill out waivers...even adults not going near the trampolines must fill them out. They let you bring in cake. Everyone in the party gets jumping socks. I think the limited time you have the party table is crazy when pizza arrives 20 minutes before you have to be out of the table area and not even opened presents. There was not a party scheduled after ours and would charge us more if we were there past our time allotted. The areas our clean. Pizza is from Costco across the street. Workers are helpful and seem to be watching jumpers closely for any dangerous activity on the equipment. read more

Today I took my children there and my son was on the slide in kiddie land, and he screamed going down the slide as any child would do but him being disabled and that is how he expresses his emotion when he gets over excited. and the worker going to tell me that i need to not have him scream no more that it is in the wavier i explained his disability and she said Well need to teach him how not to scream i said that's not possible and ask her to show me in the wavier and she told me she did not have to for me to read it and of course i go ask for a manager and there was not one there. This is ridiculous we will not be going back to this sad place. read more

Was honestly concerned with the lack of reviews and majority of photos being stock photos. Yet the minute I walked through the doors to bring the young 'un to their Club Air time-slot, realized those reviews were unwarranted. Booming music, black and neon lights, and it was extremely busy up until the minute they closed. More than just trampolines, they have slides, obstacle courses, and even a climbing wall. Extremely large area, even with the numerous birthday parties, didn't seem overcrowded. From the lockers for your belongings, to the toddler area; seems they try to accommodate all age ranges and needs. If you need to come from KC, it might be worth the drive, especially with a price point of $20.00 for 3 hours. read more

The girl working today was so rude. 1. I understand rules but they don't follow them consistently. One child with me was turned away because they were right in the line for toddler time.:::which fine but you can say it with compassion. Then while the others with me are playing I see 2 other children that were likely to tall as they were a couple inches taller than my son who was barely able to stay. We were the first there that morning and boy did I feel that put a target in our back. 2. The SOCKS. I have purchased the socks from the establishment. They are horrible! They slide around on my kids feel making them useless not to mention the sensory concerns with socks that do that. My children had slipped and gotten hurt with them on. I brought in other trampoline socks many times and they have always said they are fine as long as they are for jumping, which they are. I was approached and told those are not trampoline socks and that why have you be jump socks purchases at a real trampoline park in the state of Missouri. She has no idea where I purchased them. She told me if I didn't put on different socks I needed to leave. I said that' was fine but I would like a refund because we wouldn't be returning. I was denied. So I ended up buying some because I didn't want to waste my money. My child slipped on a raised balance beam because the socks has slid and the grippers were on the top. I expressed to the worker this was why we don't wear them. we sign a waiver so they won't be responsible.....I should be able to put my kids in SAFE jump socks. She proceeded to tell me I was banned from the facility. Do better people. At least come to people kindly and with compassion. Did I become upset? Yes! Riles seemed only to apply to us! oh did I mentioned 2 other kids were in hanes regular old socks? So sad as my kids did like this place and we visited often. read more

First of all, the website is horrible. Didn't say anything about special tickets for weekends once and wasn't informed until we were physically at the desk with excited kids behind us. If I could give this 0 stars I would. FIRST OF ALL i was doing open play on a Saturday afternoon, and these older kids in Dodgeball were super rude they were calling us n words and cursing around little kids. If you even try to defend the kids they curse out the parents and it sucks. Then they try to challenge you. And I paid OVER 20$ Just at the snack bar alone it's crazy Restrooms are messy. When we were playing it was so dark we got hit or fell on something or something fell on us . They kept refusing to give me socks and it was so crowded and hard to get through I hated it there there was piss on the floors. Paid $300 for 2 hours of jump time and some gas station pizza. They literally gave us Quik Trip gas station pizza. Would not recommend here, if you're looking to go to a trampoline park go to sky zone. Way better and cleaner! Staff is incompetent and rude.... Couldn't check in on of my party members and instead of fixing it and getting them checked they said they have to move on to the next and will try to get it figured out after.... Took my cousin and 2 friends today and they had a BLAST! I loved that I could sit on the same level where the kids jumped and I could see them throughout the entire place. There were so many things to do! They played nonstop for 3 hours and could have stayed longer! The restrooms were clean, snacks were reasonably priced, we were allowed to bring our own water and I saw the manager cleaning while we were there. We took our 20 month old here on a Sunday to play in the area for kids under 46". There we big kids and adults all over, so there was really no safe spot for him to play. The place was packed, and there were several adults jumping with no masks on. A couple of 30 year old guys living out their childhood popularity dreams, by flipping across all of the trampolines over and over and hogging kids' spaces. It felt unclean and unregulated compared to Sky Zone, so it is worth it for us to pay a few more dollars and go to SZ next time. We won't be back. read more

I took my 12 year old sister here and paid for the two hour experience but after we paid and entered the park there were no foam pit balls in the obstacle course area as advertised. it was also pretty run down. a lot of the obstacles or misshapen in some way and my sister wanted to leave after only 30 minutes of being here. we asked if we could switch our two hour time to a one hour and they denied that request. waste of money, definitely go to sky zone instead. We took our 3=year old grandson for "toddler time", which is every tue and thur from 10-12. There were no bigger kids (I'd say over 7) to contend with, which was great. There were SO many things to do! He was thoroughly entertained the entire time in a safe, fun environment. And this place was SPOTLESS. Weve been to other trampoline parks/gyms, and they normally have some area that's broken, and the almost always smell like, well, a gym. Ugh. This place smelled fresh and clean and every single area was in perfect condition. No lose pads to slip or trip on. Even the bathroom was sparkling. And the front desk lady was so nice. They even have massage recliners for adults! We will def be going back! read more

This is the best trampoline park ive been to get. Its like your basic trampoline park merged with an american ninja warrior course. All 6 of my kids (ages 9 to 16)loved it. I wouldnt suggest it for kids under 6 though. It has a lot of things that I think they would get hirt on unless you were on them the whole time. We will definitely be back. read more

Where to start we have been coming here a few times a year sense day one and it has been great up to this point when the flu aka COVID hit and now there is no free water and they are charging 3 bucks for a bottle of water while these kids wear mask jumping around for 2 hrs. They are doing their best during COVID to Price gouge their beverages and to me that is bad business. You could buy a pack of 20 waters from Walmart for the price of one here. Came here during the week. There were a few people around but as the time flew by it got packed. The play areas are very clean and well kept up. The staff are friendly and they walk around periodically to ensure safety. I suggest coming in on Tuesdays to take advantage of the 2 for 1 special. Cost wise it is very budget friendly and aside from having to purchase the $3 sticky socks it doesn't brrak the bank. You can play the activities by purchasing time per hour. They give you colored wrist bands to identify how much time tou have remaining which they announce over the intercom every hour. There are lockers to secure belongings but you must provide your own lock. There is an area for birthday events with nemches and massage chairs cor the adults as well. The games range from obstacle course,basketball,foam jump and dodgeball all of which are fun. The time flew by during my stay. Will definitely be back and highly recommend to anyone. read more

Horrible experience!!! This trampoline park is dangerous!!! I hosted a birthday party there last weekend and will never be back. There were not enough employees working and no adults in sight. I was not confident in their ability to keep the kids safe. I only saw one employee on the jump floor and 3 total employees in the building for the entire night. About halfway through the party, all the lights went out. Apparently, this was supposed to happen but we were never informed of this. I think there were supposed to be black lights on but there were only a few colored lights on in the jump area. This resulted in the place being so dark you could not see anything. The foam pit and dodgeball sections were completely dark with no lights at all. We had to walk around with our phone lights to find our children and make sure they were being safe. A few of our party guests left early because of this. Another of our party guests hurt her hand and we were informed they do not keep ice in the building at all. Our party host was useless, and I had to chase her down multiple times because we were not given enough plates/cups/napkins for our party. Our party package came with 2-liter sodas and pizza and I was informed while booking there would be water available as well. The water was a drinking fountain on the other side of the building and one of our pizzas was burnt. Overall, this place is very dangerous and unorganized and I did not feel safe letting my kids jump. read more

My five year old decided she wanted her sixth birthday to be at a Trampoline Park. I researched on Yelp & with the help of reviews, decided that "Get Air" was far best in customer service & price than "Sky Zone!" She had the BEST time! Everything was amazing! The birthday attendant was very helpful & did a good job helping us have good day. My only complaint would be that the party rooms are shared with another event on the opposite side of the room. The rooms have their own separate entrances so, it would have been far better if there was a wall to separate the two parties/families. Other than that, it was a great experience! She had a blast with her friends & jump time wasn't limited to just while the party was going. Afterwards, quite a few kids/parents stayed longer to just jump or hang out. Adults are also allowed to jump with their kids & not pay extra. The "jump area" isn't as large as "Sky Zone," but was more than sufficient. If she wants another party there, we will happily oblige! read more
