I was actually able to sit and chat with the other parents I was with and hear myself think. The snacks are limiting, but again it's a trampoline park so you're not here for the food. Overall I'd return - I think I'm more team Urban Air at the end of the day, but ultimately it's about where my kids want to go and this place is amongst some of the cleaner indoor play parks in the area.

We've been to other trampoline parks, but again, this one has that sort of extra unhinged energy. It's not quite as expansive as some. It's almost like a dog park for kids. You let them out to run wild for a bit, and hope they tire themselves out enough not to bug you at 8:30 that night. For some kids it's great. Mine like it well enough, but they'll never beg to come here. They like things a little more quiet and zen (they are my kids after all). But I see how it can be fun every so often. Eventually the sameness will blend into more sameness, although this will have a sign for Urban Air and you've made it. It's almost a throwback to the Discovery Zone birthday parties of the 90's from the outside, and from the inside for that matter. It wasn't too busy when we were there on a Saturday morning, and my kids really had to soak it all in and get their nerves out to start. Once they found the smaller kids area of tunnels and ball pits, the ice broke and the fun flowed out. There's VR machines, bumper cars, trampolines, more intense trampolines, gymnastics style trampolines, and even some sort of fun sky swing thing that looks like it's for much older kids but isn't. Kind of hard to get bored in here if you're between 4-12, I'd imagine. On the birthday front, they had pizza, a private room, and someone dedicated to running the party who did a nice job. I won't be rushing back, but I will file this away for those late January/February days when the shine of winter is off and you're desperate to get the kids out of the house. Fun overall!

This one is clean, the folks working friendly and mostly helpful, and it doesn't stink like some others - I'm looking at you Kids Empire. For around $20 my five year old can run, jump, and get her wiggles out for HOURS. That's money well spent in my book. We recently had my daughter's birthday party here and I have to add that the team working did a wonderful job. The table was set up, plates, and waters provided, and it was an easy place to gather with her classmates. I've been recommending parties here ever since. The only reason I'm giving 4 and not 5 stars is just because the restrooms could use some TLC. Get that fixed and this is a 5 star children's attraction for sure.

Then he proceeded to tell me that in order for my child ( with a membership at that! ) to jump after 7:45 ( mind you it's now 7:35) I had to Pay $30 since it was after hours. I've never heard of this. I was very upset." Update: Update august 17,2026 Today, a manager contacted me and told me that he had been given a completely different version of what happened. According to the manager, the employee at the front desk told him that I became "hostile and threatening" when I was told about the $30 charge. But apparently that wasn't the only thing that was said. The manager also informed me that the employee claimed he removed the $30 fee as a courtesy to me and allowed my son and me to stay and jump that night. THAT NEVER HAPPENED. We left. Let me also point out how contradictory this story IS. According to management, I was supposedly so "hostile and threatening" that the employee felt the need to report my behavior - yet in the very same story, that employee supposedly waived the $30 fee as a courtesy, allowed my son and me to jump for free, and allowed us to remain inside the building. You are not going to call me as a grown woman and attempt to "check" me about alleged behavior based solely on what a teenager told you -especially when your own business has cameras that can potentially establish what Happened. ....now I have to write this review This is exactly why businesses should investigate BOTH sides before making accusations about a customer's character. The manager says the decision was based solely on concerns about my alleged conduct toward employees--not race, negative review, or your questioning of the $30 charge. He also states that management reviewed employee-provided information along with "available camera system information" and, based on that review, they are maintaining their decision. Your applicable membership refund will be processed. When I subsequently asked for the surveillance footage, he responded that Sky Zone does not release surveillance footage to the general public. One detail I would preserve carefully is their exact wording: they did not say in this email that they watched footage that proves I was hostile or threatening. They said they reviewed employee information "along with the available camera system information." That's more ambiguous. And they are declining to provide me the footage itself, so based on these emails, you cannot independently see what they say supports their conclusion. ......after doing my research on this business I discovered a broader, documented pattern of negative customer feedback--particularly involving service, staff interactions, management, and operation. therefore I realize my complaints were not an occurring in isolation.

It has good potential because the kids enjoyed themselves, but better lighting and stronger cleaning practices would make a big difference.

Workers are helpful and seem to be watching jumpers closely for any dangerous activity on the equipment.

Having previous certification in an outdoor high ropes course, I ALWAYS double check my kids' safety gear and I am so glad I did today. I instructed the staff member how to properly secure the harness, then spoke with management. Every employee was so kind and understanding and this post is not an attack on these individuals. BUT safety is so important and one mistake can cause serious injury or a fatality. I feel confident that this issue will be addressed at this location but I urge parents to CHECK your own kids before letting them participate in high ropes course-type activities, here and everywhere.

The floors were gross in the party room and I included a picture of one of the chairs. This was it at the start of our party. There weren't trash cans in the party room, which was frustrating. We spilled some water and when I used a paper towel to clean it up it was brown. The whole place needs a deep clean! Also, the party time is short. One hour is not enough time. If they need to clean the party rooms before the next party they should allow the kids to go back and play for another 30 min to make it a 2 hour party. This place has potential!

The times I've watched my semi-trepidacious daughter here, I've noticed they move at a pace that doesn't allow for a lot of fear which is important. They sort of just get after it and settle in from there, always a good approach. I can't say we'll go here for a long time based on the distance, but we may because my daughter loves it and we're continuing with it despite the distance for us to travel each week.

They are pros at what they do, detail oriented, and make sure you're having fun in the process. My 7 year old niece and 3 year old nephew takes gymnastics there now and I couldn't be happier with the focus and discipline they're getting when it comes to the classes at Xtreme. The space is open, wide and bright with lots of light pouring in through big windows. Every week, the gym area is set up a little differently. There's a ball pit, trampoline, circle time, independent play, a rock climbing wall, zip line and a lot more for little to explore. The classes are divided into different age groups and the kids learn about colors, patience, taking turns, and so much more. There's is a Little Gym five mins away from where I live. I tried taking my kid there for close to 7 months and he never really felt comfortable and I felt like the teachers were a little detached. We've been going to My Gym for almost two years now and it's a joy each time. My son LOVES it there, asks to go, and is always excited to see his teachers. The teachers are truly outstanding. I just can't say enough.
