She humiliated me in front of the other customers and refused to honor the extra voucher I brought in from an organization. Also, her team that work with her at the checking counter--lacked people skills and was not courteous as well. I was extremely disappointed and sad about the bad treatment.

They've grouped things nicely so if you're just into beads and the jewelry making side of owning stones then that stuff's displayed together. The gentleman at the checkout was helpful and friendly. My friend and I each left with some treasures purchased at reasonable prices. After browsing the shelves for several minutes, I found myself with an armful of books. There is a great variety and they are well organized, not like you'd find in a thrift store. There is an attached coffee shop, which provided the welcoming aroma. I saw plenty of other patrons sitting with books and a cup of their favorite beverage. It's definitely a place people come to hang out. In addition to books, there are other novelty items including things made by local artisans. I appreciate that and picked up a few of those items as well. The Yelp 15% off check-in offer was welcomed, since I did find the price of the books to be a bit higher than I'd expected.
