There was also a shaman present from one of the adjacent businesses and we all engaged in conversation regarding spiritual ideas, chakras and crystals. We were given a discount on our crystals and they even gave us a free crystal with purchase which was also a bonus. It's a tiny shop but offers so many products for your spiritual needs. There are crystals, candles, spell kits, tarot and oracle decks, aromatherapy, incense, natural soaps and bath salts, loose teas, herbs, sage smudge items, jewelry and Ashley offers spiritual services too. Some of the crystal towers I bought were a little more expensive than I have seen on Etsy shops but I am happy to support a local small business.

She postponed our first session three times at the last minute. (No apology, they were all "emergencies", she said the universe is probably testing me). Our first session was a YouTube Naturescape, and she went through the seven singing bowls. The second session was a 30 minute YouTube guided meditation, and no singing bowls. After that 2nd session, Lauren told me that I needed to purchase a $4258 crystal that I could then return later for a refund but that I needed to purchase it to continue with the sessions. I declined, I just wanted the 4 sessions I had prepaid for. She told me that she could not finish our sessions unless I purchased that crystal. This was on Feb 20, 2025. Today it is June 5, 2025, and every week she promises me a refund next week and I still have not received it. Please see attached text message screenshots. I honestly felt really disrespected and pressured by the whole experience, and I wouldn't recommend her as a reiki practitioner. In hindsight, I feel that I was totally scammed.

The last thing I ever want to do is get crystals from a place with such negative reviews - especially if the owner's spirit is allegedly not good..but my life has shifted direction and cautiously I went to visit. You know... I had a great time. Jessie was my energy guide and she helped me along to figure out what I needed. As aforementioned - it is a time of change and clarity for me so I had to get some stones .. too much foolery going about. Sigh .. $85+ later.
