They were such fabulous hosts and immediately made us feel welcomed. Because we had a large group, we were split into groups and played the Expedition of the Lost Gem. Before we got started with the escape room, we got to have drinks and played a round of indoor mini golf. Then the fun part began: the escape room. I won't give out too many details other than it was more than I expected - very fun, interactive, and we had such great things to say about it. This escape room was located inside the Laser Quest building. You have to see the receptionist at…read morethe laser quest side first before going into the Key Quest room as they will get you signed in and pay any remaining amount that you owe. The staff there was nice and got us checked in and ready for our escape room. We chose the 'White House' room and the person in charge there really set the mood for us. It was a very neat room with tons of codes to unlock but we completed the mission in 40 minutes with 20 minutes to spare. It had a lot of interesting things inside of the escape room and you exited out of a different door than when you entered but it wasn't too much of an exciting escape room considering that we completed it in 40 minutes. The…read moregame masters are just pot heads that get off seeing the customers frustrated... like any room you only get three clues and they purposely give half clues. They were unprofessional on the phone (Matthew) and, though their game rooms look nice... it was a crappy experience. I usually return to each escape room until I've finished all their puzzles, but will never return here again. Truly a terrible waste of money during a time when every dollar counts. Very upset about the experience.

Jack of All Games is family owned and operated by 2 awesome people, Ms. Beth & Mr. Gene. They are so kind, nice and patient as well as very accommodating to their patrons. They truly make you feel like your at home enjoying yourself. Jack of All Games has it all for everyone from arcade games, axe throwing, miniature golf, all types of exciting nerf guns, an Escape Room, Rage Room and even a Paint Splatter Room with all kinds of paint and different glitter. The room was too dark and we were not informed beforehand that we would need a flashlight. I had walked off without my phone, so was dependent on others to shine where I wanted to search. They should provide flashlight if someone doesn't have one, or at least let you know you're gonna need one. Some of the prop pieces were broken, making it difficult to solve problems to get clues. Occasionally a n extra clue came up on a screen, but didn't stay long enough for people in the second room to come read them. If a few of these problems were resolved, it would be a much better experience.

One of the parts of the room was extremely hot. It was small and no air and as I said earlier there were too many people even though we were under the max. There was no rhyme or reason to how puzzles went together. Nothing to direct you on how to move through. We used all of our hints and were blessed with a few nudges The room was themed very well and because of that I would do another room with this company however I will probably reduce the number of attendees.

The room was too dark to read anything and there were annoying loud noises the whole time. Also a light was off that was supposed to be on which screwed up a clue. This was all for haunted mansion so I can't speak on the others.
