Instead, they took hundreds and ruined her hair. Update - 6/28/25: I've added two photos that show just how awful the color came out. When we raised concerns, Mary--the stylist--claimed that unless your hair is "virgin" (i.e., never dyed), there's no guarantee for good results. That's a ridiculous excuse for botched work. If your stylist can't work with previously dyed hair, they shouldn't be offering color services at all. If you value your hair, your money, or even just basic respect--go somewhere else.
