My face was sun damaged with slight hyperpigmentation including a few of what I called pimples the before and after of my face is absolutely something to see. I went in with slight sun damage on my skin and left with soft supple skin an even skin tone flawless blemish and hair free afterwards I'm shiny and have to keep the creams on overnight without washing my face. I washed my face the next day and my skin looks amazing I applied a tiny amount of SPF 30 Sunscreen to my face and skin and start my day. Today, I tried to book a prenatal massage through the app. I selected an available slot, but it said that it was already taken. I thought it was probably an error on the app again, so I decided to book directly to the webpage, which still had the appointment available. I confirmed the booking, but when I got to my appointment, I was pulled aside by the manager. The manager told me that they had double-booked and that it was an error. She said that the only solution was to see if they could squeeze me in at a later time. However, they didn't know or asked if I had other plans (which I did) and plus my time was limited since I had a babysitter watching my toddler. This is unacceptable. I explained to the manager that I had no luck booking anything and that I had already accrued multiple sessions that I couldn't use. In addition, it's very hard to get a hold of someone over the phone. I told her that it was frustrating and unacceptable and they should have at least called me so I wouldn't of driven all the way there, especially since I was pregnant. If you can save your time and money, please do so. This chain focuses on making money, not on treating customers. The manager also said that they wouldn't refund my membership if I canceled it. This is a way to steal customers' money and time. It's very unfortunate that this is how they treat customers. They don't understand that it's our time and money, not theirs. This is definitely a rip-off chain.
