Please do yourself a favor and do not go here. My mom went in to get her hair dyed and came out with severely damaged hair--literally burned off. The result was so bad it looked like a DIY disaster, not something she paid $300 for. Yes, $300 for what can only be described as a hair tragedy. The quality of the dye job was abysmal, and the service was just as bad. Any professional with an ounce of integrity would have been embarrassed to charge even a dollar for the mess they created. Instead, they took hundreds and ruined her hair. Update - 6/28/25: I've added two photos that show just how awful the color came out. When we raised concerns, Mary--the stylist--claimed that unless your hair is "virgin" (i.e., never dyed), there's no guarantee for good results. That's a ridiculous excuse for botched work. If your stylist can't work with previously dyed hair, they shouldn't be offering color services at all. If you value your hair, your money, or even just basic respect--go somewhere else. I went in for simple curls and they over charged, i asked how much just for simple curls and she said $35 and when it was time to pay she charged me $95 dollars. i asked why so much she didn't even put hair spray, not a single product. just basic curls that anyone could've done with a wand. Oh man. Definitely my mistake for wanting a body perm but I'm pretty sure a licensed tech should have known the difference. I will say that my general experience here was pleasant. Though, I am a laid back client and don't need the glamorous red carpet spa treatment. I mean, go to the mall or fancy salon if thats what your looking for. Their services are straightforward and I'm sure they do a fantastic job on routine requests. As much as I wanted to love my new hairdo, I'm just not a huge fan of my hair at the moment. In hindsight, the rollers should have been a lot bigger for a body perm & not rolled up all the way to my scalp. So I was left with a full blown head of spirals versus simple texture. Anyway, its alright but now my hair that was ultra long is now ultra dead & will need a bob in a few months. Side note, I've been flat ironing my hair and the cut is cute. read more

If I can give zero stars I would. They Won't treat your hair with care and will damage your hair completely. My sister and I went in and both hair was virgin never dyed or anything. When she bleach both our hairs she left it longer than the usual time. Bleach was left in for 2-3 hrs. We told her like within the 30 mins in and she said not time yet even when it was burning. Our hair is completely damaged and fried now. Would not recommend anyone coming here to dye their hair. read more

Had a great salon experience with Deanna. She did my hair and make up and glam me up for my special night out with my husband. I looked fabulous. She was great in communicating with me too, making sure it wasn't too much or too little so that it was perfect for me. Plan to go here again for my next event and possibly try some extensions too.
