Incredibly slow service but they're right on the beach. Good stop for a drink but I would pass on the food.

Tuvimos que comer en otro lado de tanto que se tardaron, para que la comida llegara fría.

There is indoor and…read moreoutdoor seating, the outdoor seating is a little too close to the road for my liking & some of it is uncovered, but they do have a covered area that was nice with ceiling fans so the flys weren't too much of an issue when we got our food. But for those who prefer indoor seating, that is an option. To start we had the tuna appetizer which came with cucumbers, cilantro, strawberries & capers it was a great mix of flavors. The burrata appetizer was my favorite, dressed with tomato, pesto & balsamic glaze and small toasts it was delicious, I also appreciated the smaller size of the toast so you don't fill up on bread. I had the Caesar salad which was just ok , the dressing wasn't my favorite a little too much & I couldn't taste the anchovy paste. & finally I had the pepperoni pizza that's drizzled in hot honey. The pizza was perfectly cooked with the pepperonis making little cups (that also held the hot honey). The pizza dough was also delicious!! The crust was soft on the inside and crisp on the outside. To preface I am not a pizza crust girl but this crust had me wanting more! Also, the presentation of the dishes was nice, they clearly took their time to make sure it not only tasted good but looked good. Our server was very sweet & attentive. One of the other servers came by and gave us some of his favorite recommendations. We will definitely be back!

The pizzas are pretty filling so I recommend sharing one with another person. The waiter was really nice. They served the food on these beautiful plates and we sat outside and enjoyed it alot. Each one was better than the previous with the lobster Thermidor special being an absolute home run! It is the very best Thermidor I've ever had. The ingredients were fresh, cooked perfectly, with a cream sauce that is out of this world. The lobster was so tender. I even got to pick it from an ice chest when I walked in. Just an absolutely amazing dining experience on each occasion with excellence service and pretty much every appetizer on the menu is amazing. I really can't say enough about this gem in Aguadilla. For those who may be curious about their name, that's the island on the eastern horizon. Enjoy!!!

Amaury greeted us, was super attentive to our needs, and checked in on us occasionally. None of the other restaurants, especially in San Juan, did this. Foodwise, it was fantastic. We shared a variety of entrees. Known for their mofongo, we got the La Isla Desecheo ($37), which consisted of Cassava mofongo stuffed with churrasco in a mushrooms, parmesan and bacon sauce. That sauce was delicious, especially when you mixed it with the mofongo. We also got the Pechuga a la Carbonara ($19). This is a chicken breast stuffed with ham and mozzarella, breaded and fried with Carbonara sauce on top. I would compare this to a Chicken Cordon Bleu as it's very similar. Delicious nevertheless. If you're feeling like getting steak, then the Churrasco Z ($33) is for you. This is a Churrasco steak topped with a creamy parmesan cheese sauce, mushrooms, and bacon on top. We ordered this medium rare and they made it to perfection.

Everything was good except certain things. Food was delicious and was served pretty fast. My only issues are: 1. You have to pay for water. They said they couldn't serve me a glass of tap water which is ridiculous. 2. The dishes are reasonably priced; however, the appetizers are not. For example, we ordered cheese croquettes expecting a bigger portion for the price of $10.00 and all we got were four small croquettes. In other restaurants they would have served double that amount. The soup of the day $7.00 for just a cup. 3. They charge 11.5% for sales tax over the whole tab when the tax is just 7%. As far as I know, the restaurants that have to charge 11.5% are the ones which are not in good standing with the local Treasury Department. Why we have to pay for their non compliance issues? They should absorb that. 4. They have their POS machine programmed to charge at least 18% tip. in this region of Puerto Rico, that's not the norm.
