For example, we ordered cheese croquettes expecting a bigger portion for the price of $10.00 and all we got were four small croquettes. In other restaurants they would have served double that amount. The soup of the day $7.00 for just a cup. 3. They charge 11.5% for sales tax over the whole tab when the tax is just 7%. As far as I know, the restaurants that have to charge 11.5% are the ones which are not in good standing with the local Treasury Department. Why we have to pay for their non compliance issues? They should absorb that. 4. They have their POS machine programmed to charge at least 18% tip. in this region of Puerto Rico, that's not the norm.
