UPDATE APRIL 29, 2026:…read more REJECTED DONATIONS LEAVE ME DEJECTED I'm downgrading my rating of Redmond Goodwill from four stars to two stars because I had recently been told that they no longer accept e-waste electronics, except for computers, printers, TVs, and related electronics. But small appliances like microwaves, blenders, lamps, etc. that are not working or incomplete are no longer accepted as scrap. Likewise for scrap metal and plastic hangers. DELAYED REJECTION ENFORCEMENT = CHAOTIC/DISORGANIZED HANGER HANGUP I donated to this Goodwill literally hundreds of times over several years. They had always accepted all manner of scrap electronics, scrap metal, and all clothes hangers. When I tell them that, I'm told this had been the policy for some time, but only now they're beginning to enforce this "new" policy. This is not the first time this has happened. Also I was told hangers should be organized according to the various types of hangers. Huh? I see donations piled high and deep on either side of the two donation lanes in no particular order. And also they load up those blue carts in no particular order. And now they expect everything to be organized, or just hangers? LET US KNOW ON SITE, NOT JUST ON YOUR WEBSITE Now I will have to find someplace else to get rid of scrap small appliances, scrap metal, and plastic hangers, to keep them from going to the landfill. Though it is good that they spell out what they accept and do not accept on their website, it also would be very helpful to stick a sign out where they post their donation hours saying "we are no longer accepting (fill-in).", and leave it there for a while.

We stopped by while we were already in the area since I'd been curious to check it out. It was my…read morefirst visit, and while I didn't end up taking anything home, I'm still glad I finally got to see what it was all about! This is definitely more of a furniture and home improvement focused store than the type of thrift store I usually gravitate toward. There were lots of larger furniture pieces, unique home decor, artwork, tools, paint, and more. I could see this being a really fun place if you're remodeling a room, furnishing a new space, or tackling a DIY project since you could easily pick up both the supplies and some one of a kind pieces in one stop. One thing that stood out was the artwork. There were some really fun and unique pieces hanging throughout the store that made browsing enjoyable. The biggest downside for me was the pricing. Some items felt reasonably priced, but quite a few of the larger furniture pieces seemed expensive enough that I found myself thinking you could buy something new for a similar price. Of course, that's going to depend on what you're looking for and whether you fall in love with a particular piece. The staff was incredibly friendly, though, and that definitely made a positive impression. There were signs throughout the store encouraging shoppers to ask for help reaching artwork or items on higher shelves, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to assist. Overall, it wasn't quite my style of thrift shopping, so I probably wouldn't make a special trip back. That said, if you're hunting for furniture, tools, or unique home pieces, it's absolutely worth stopping in to see what you might find!

To be honest they're a call center, I'm sure they get their fair share of shitty clientele, but…read morethey shouldn't be leaving that out on the rest of us! I'm getting sick and tired of sitting on hold for 15+ minutes, listening to them pressing buttons in the background of the horrible hold music, and then the only thing they say when they come on the line is "client number!" No "Hello, can I get your client number please?" Nothing, so I feel like I missed the beginning of the conversation, which gets them even more rude because I'm like, "I'm sorry I didn't get that," and they're like, "you're supposed to have your client number ready, call back when you have it ready!" Like woah, I had it ready, you didn't start the call with a greeting, you just blurted out a demand for my number when I've been dissociated for 15 min because of the terrible hold music! Then if I make a request for a ride and it's 1 fucking hour from being 48 hours in advanced, they're like, "nope can't do it, it's not within 48 hours, you'll have to cancel that appointment, what's the next ride you need to request?" or like some of the employees say I can request 3 rides and some say I'm only allowed 2, I never know how many I'm allowed to request, if I ask for more than 2 some are like" oh yeah sure, we do 3," and some are like, "we never allow more than 2" and get pissy about it, so I feel horrible needing help even though I have sometimes up to 5 appointments a week (I'm broken, ok) they need to they need to retrain their staff in empathy and politeness. I won't leave reviews on the drivers part because that's not hopelinks fault that's the fault of the company they enlist to drive for them.
