Terrible customer service don't come here, not worth the hassle. It's not worth the time didn't realize this had a hole in it

This was a great shipping day. Lots of great buys and so many deals today! I'm glad I stopped by. I highly recommend this location. Always clean, neat and organized. Great items priced great and very reasonable.

    Nice spacious thrift store

If you've been to a Value Village, you've been to every Value Village. Was looking for a copy of the Amplified Bible, but they don't have any Bibles. Why? That's messed up. I did find a cool over the sling bag which I like using, so that was a win. The place was a good size- even on a Saturday afternoon people were spread out, not in each other's space bubbles, and aisles were easy to get around.

I'm not stranger to thrift stores, but Value Village/Savers stores. This one in particular is large, well organized and well run. They have a large staff working the floor and the back constantly stocking and organizing clothes and items. The store is pretty clean and for a couple hours before the store is open the entire staff is working hard to get the store ready to go. Let's just say I have the inside scoop. I've scored some cool stuff here in my visits. Nice drinking glasses, and a very good condition lamp all for decent enough prices. Some of the tags are a bit overpriced, including buy 4 books get 1 free? Really? Should be more like BOGO on those seeing as how they have a small library accumulating and not a lot of it moving. Most thrift stores have a tough time maintaining order with the swarms of folks that roll in. They do a pretty good job trying to keep that in order here. Besides the kick on some of the prices, I wish they had at least one manned register. It's all self-checkout here. Good store overall though.

Charging more for these than they were brand new at Target
    Naomi S.

This place is a complete joke... First, their prices are absolutely absurd. They want to charge more for things than they were brand new. Second, they have no fitting rooms so you can't even try anything on. Third, you can't return things for a refund, you can only exchange. I have zero desire to shop or donate to Value Village ever again and hopefully someone in charge gets some sense because this place is completely ridiculous.

Everything is way to overpriced. Some of the stuff you can get cheaper elsewhere like eBay/Amazon and they usually dont have anything good.

Their book section is full of both hardback and soft cover books for adults plus a good selection for children. Their housewares section is always amazing, full of really useful and excellent condition items for the home. There are often full collections donated. Pricing is very reasonable. Their new furniture store is gorgeous, you can find anything you need from chairs, lamps, pictures, fans, home decor, bedspreads, blankets, vases, mirrors-you name it you can find it and it will be in excellent used condition but also a lot of new items too. Best place to shop although their shoe selection is small (and the only place I found items not in top condition) and their childrens and mens selection is small. (Most people don't think to donate men's clothing or items for some reason, it's basically women.). Women's clothing is not "Maxanista" it's for more mature women but accessories fit all. I get lots of gift bags here for pennies and if you have the time, their greeting cards are numerous. Also wrapping paper! Come see, you'll find! Their seasonal holiday decor is always amazing too.

TLDR: Multiple mistakes, delays, poor communication, sloppy, rush job…read more I had so much hope for this place with all the positive reviews. I should have read more into the negative ones before using him. A suit to me is an investment and it's really important that tailors take their job professionally. I came in to The Bespoke Clothier after doing some research as I needed a suit altered for an upcoming wedding. I had 2 weeks before the event which I felt was plenty of time for the job. I made an appointment with Gabriel for a consultation to look at the suit and discuss timing and needs for alterations. No real dressing room, just a closet that you can change in. He looked at my suit and made recommendations for the sleeves to be taken in and shortened and pants let out a bit on the waist. I also asked about adding surgeons cuffs with functional buttons. Gabriel mentioned that it's really easy and they do that all the time but they charge per button. Understandable I said and agreed to the pricing. This was Tuesday and was told that the alterations would be complete by Friday. A busy Friday for me meant a pickup on Saturday which would have been perfect as their posted hours on their website says: Saturday 9am-5pm. When I arrived on Saturday to pick up the suit, the lights were out, door locked and a note posted saying "Flexible Hours" this week and to text a number. I texted the number which replied that they would check with Gabriel on timing and they would communicate back to me a time for pickup. No response through Monday evening and by Tuesday at noon, I was getting a little concerned about lack of communication and timing. I decided to call on Tuesday afternoon and Gabriel picked up and told me the suit will be ready by 3pm that day. I arrived at the shop at 3:30pm with the pants ready and the jacket looking disheveled and unfinished with the buttons popped off one of the sleeves and arms way too long. He said he thought I needed the sleeves lengthened and he marked it incorrectly. He said this is an easy and quick job for the jacket and it will be ready tonight. I decided to give him more time to do a good job and said let me pick up tomorrow afternoon. The next afternoon comes and the jacket looked fine but I noticed that the buttons were not functional. He said he didn't take the correct notes and thought I didn't want that even though I was charged extra per button. Again was told that it was an easy job as he does this "all the time" and he would be the one personally making the functioning buttons. Again was told he could do it tonight and I again gave him extra time to do a nice, clean job. The suit was ready with functioning surgeons cuffs but the workmanship was really poor. Also one of the buttons for the interior pocket was missing. The cut and sewing lines were really sloppy looking and the thread for the buttons were not sewing inside the lining, leaving the button thread visible on the cup to lining. I'm not sure if Gabriel just over promises and has to rush through everything but i think he knows better. Overall a stressful situation being almost a week overdue, multiple mistakes and a seemingly rush job to finish. At the initial meeting, Gabriel was also trying to sell me a custom suit which I was seriously considering at the time. Unfortunately this soured my experience and mindset that he would be capable of making a full bespoke suit.

The Bespoke Clothier completely changed how I think about fit. If you have a hard-to-fit body type,…read moreyou know how disappointing even "altered" clothes can be. I brought Gabriel a designer suit that still didn't feel right after store alterations. He was pretty honest--said the best it could become was a 7/10--and then went to work. He adjusted the shoulders, chest, sleeves, lapels, which required him to move every single button. It was literally a completely different suit. And for the first time, it actually fit the way it should. Since then, I've gone back for five custom suits, multiple shirts, and my favorite, an overcoat (which I'd avoided for years because of off-the-rack fit issues). Every item has come out perfectly tailored. If fit has always been a compromise for you, it's worth seeing what Gabriel can do. Adding some photos, but I'm not a fashion/textiles photographer. It's harder than it looks.
