She said not to worry that she and Ras work as a team and as evidenced by my receipt, they do. Raslin is listed on my receipts as a co-seller! Jackie has been with Mattress Firm since it was Sleepys and she really knows her stuff. She checked my alignment when I was trying out my potential new mattress (thanks to Raslin I already knew which one I wanted) and she did her best to be sure I was able to get every discount for which I qualified. Mattresses are expensive so finding someone as knowledgeable and experienced as Jackie can save you big bucks and lead to years of great sleeping! This is the second year I've had it done with them. It was done very quickly, efficiently, and in a very thorough manner. They got back to me right away. I haven't used any of their other social services. I do know that they're a food pantry. They also help people with services like food stamps, housing, and do a lot of community outreach. Their staff are courteous, focused, very welcoming, knowledgeable, and efficient. My experience with this organization has been very positive and I will definitely go back for tax prep next year.

I have - bad idea!…read more Only 4 years after we bought it, it started to look like the seating cushions were run through a car wash on a daily basis, this despite the fact that we cared for it per the manufacturers instructions and really weren't all that hard on it. I was about to scrap the furniture - a couch, chair and loveseat - and start from scratch. My wife convinced me that it might be worth looking into reupholstering the cushions. Two stores visited, to no avail - one wanted $800 (for 3 cushions), the other made a crack about needing half a cow to make the repairs and wouldn't even provide an estimate. That's where Fritsch's came in. While walking down 5th Avenue en route to dinner one night, we passed it and my wife decided to step in. The next day, she swung by with a cushion, and the order was placed - $300 for 4 cushions, or less than half for more work than the other place wanted. We'd have to sit on cushionless couches for a few days, but the price was right. The only problem was the fabric would need to be ordered, so we'd wait. As it turns out, all of the timeframes were off, but to our advantage. The 3 weeks it might take to get the fabric turned out to be one. The 3-4 days to reupholster the cushions ended up only being one. 24 hours after we dropped off the cushions, we were in back in possession of them and they were great! I only regret that I can't include a picture - none that I took do any justice, due to the flash on the dark colored leather. But to my very picky wife's eye, the new cushions match the couch almost perfectly, and the craftsmanship was outstanding. The whole experience was so pleasant, the wife is looking through the house to find other items that need refurbishing (like the dining room chairs).

Excellent customer service…read more I called a few months ago with questions regarding a leather couch a friend needed repaired. The gentleman I spoke with spent a lot of time listening to what was needed and in return offered truthful, detailed answers. He also asked me questions about the couch in order to better explain what would be required for the repair. I never felt rushed nor did I feel talked down to. Due to a design feature of the couch my friend was unable to hire Fritsch, but based on my conversation, I recommend them highly.
