All in good condition and not priced up. Small but mighty haul. Taking one star off because of all the crazy rude resellers . If management would only do something with all those resellers scavenging and blocking everyone when the new racks come out and just allow the workers to put the items on the floor! read more

Decent sized goodwill for a city area. Tons of Madewell jeans and nice dress pants for work. However the prices felt very high to me for a goodwill, I picked up a pair of Chicos dress pants and the price tag was $20, so I put those right back. There was a big rack of shorts, not many denim shorts though mostly sweatshorts. About six racks dedicated to skirts which was a pleasant surprise. Shoes were very disorganized, thrown onto the floor, etc. One small rack for purses. Entire wall dedicated to dresses which was also a pleasant surprise. They also have large fitting rooms that are clean. I probably won't return to this location as the neighborhood isn't great, there was a homeless man screaming outside when I entered, and the clothing/prices offered here weren't wow enough for me to come back. read more

Sadly they are street vendors and ultimately your donations will no longer go to Goodwill or wherever you hoped, these persons will try to sell your intended donations on the sidewalk nearby for far more than goodwill would ever charge and they pocket the money, your donations are not sold for a greater good or redistributed to other stores in need, you will not get a tax write off slip, and the overwhelming majority of intercepted donations end up as trash (read waste; IN A LANDFILL) at night that area garbage men have to pick up by hand, and all the good intent and effort you had in donating is completely gone out the window, wasted, it will end in a landfill, and become an eyesore and health hazard as it houses critters and inclement weather in the process overnight. I don't know if it was beginners, luck or what but I found amazing things at this location. Someone on TikTok had made a list of thrift stores, and this was one of them. It was actually my first stop of the whole crawl. Upon entry, I wasn't expecting much because it was so clean lol. Everything was organized by color and nothing was on the floor. Once I started sifting through the racks, I was finding great pieces. I am 5' and 100 pounds, so it's rare that I find things that fit me well at thrift stores. To my surprise, I was able to find four pairs of pants, one top and a cardigan. See photos for reference. The only thing I wish I was better was the pricing. Each item had a colored tag, but there was no kind of price guide anywhere. There were a few signs like "tops starting at $7.99", etc. I asked one of the workers, and he looked at each item and told me how much it was, probably off the top of his head? By the time I got to the register I was like it's in God's hands. Luckily, my total was reasonable. Oh, they were also no hooks in the dressing room. A little inconvenient. I came with the intention to look for frames for my home. I didn't even get a chance to look at the home section because I was carrying so much clothing. This may have been the biggest Goodwill I have ever been in. It's so spacious! I would say 60% of the store is women's clothing, 20% is men's clothing, and 20% is home furnishings and books and misc. items. Truly there is a very large section of plates. While there are some gems in this store, I would say the Goodwill locations in Manhattan carry more high-end items easily. This Goodwill location was recently remodeled and it's looking pretty nice. I wouldn't say this Goodwill is stockpiled with amazing finds, but there is that occasional gem. They have an pretty large dish ware section, limited furniture, and their woman's shoe section is almost totally heels. They've curated a special section in front of the store with fashionable finds, which is an amazing idea. It's also a pretty eye grabbing display to walk past and see from the street. For a year and a half I've been going to this store, The prices has definitely gotten out of control, if people knew that donating there items was sold for such a high price, I think they might give it to a family member first. They had a decent Ninja air pressure cooker and they put $30 dollars on it, and the Ninja air fryer they put $40 dollars on it. Two weeks ago they had a fleece priced at 40 dollars and the coats that you would consider half decent they price it at $25 dollars. I asked one of the managers about the high prices, she said it's out of my control it's coming from the top! The new manager that came from the Village store that closed and took Collin's spot needs to speak to the people at the top and explain that this stuff is donated for free, and you don't even get a tax write off if you make a certain amount that they failed to tell people. I went to donate some clothes about a week ago and I was a bit concerned when someone outside the store told me that this establishment was not accepting donated items because of someone contracting Covid on the inside. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to donate my clothes but instead given it to some willing patrons on the outside who were more than willing to take it. I would just like to confirm that this establishment is/ is not accepting clothes during this time. I know it's hard trying to get everything situated but clarification would be much appreciated. Went to donate some items today, like I always do after a spring cleaning. Normally I have a good experience, but the person who took my donations was quite rude. I understand when there are certain items that goodwill doesn't take, but the worker acted like I was there to dump my trash there. I had some brand new curtains that turned out to be not the right size for my window, so I put them in my donation bag. Worker said "they're not new, they are repackaged" and refused to take them. Not the biggest deal that the item was not accepted, but his attitude was very off-putting. Please train your workers better. And please update your website's list of accepted items so people don't waste their time taking in things. Last I checked, even "gently used" curtains were accepted, let alone new ones read more

The people at Goodwill have accepted my extraneous crap not only courteously, but almost happily. Perhaps they are so nice because I never make them write out a receipt for the delightful combination of old shoes, bamboo blinds and ancient dinnerware that I am dropping off. On the limited occasions that I have found myself in the store itself, it has been surprisingly spacious, clean and well-organized. Unfortunately, the selection of male clothes leaves much to be desired. And while I don't particularly enjoy having to check any bags I might be carrying, I understand it's probably necessary. read more

BEWARE OF THE HOMELESS PEOPLE APPROACHING YOU AND PRETENDING TO "HELP YOU" - They will stand right in front of the good will center acting like they work there. I was really upset that the dude with the badge didn't intercept when 6 grown men approached my vehicle asking to help and took my boxes and ran across the street . They pretended to help me bring the stuff inside. The good will officer should tell these people to STAY AWAY from the people trying to donate! As a young female having 6 grown men aggressively approach you and take shit out of my car was horrifying and overwhelming I've left feeling terrible and when I brought the last donation box all the way inside and asked the man about it all he said was don't give your boxes to them... no help what so ever. I found a super cute Nannete Lepore LBD. I also found a perfect condition, cashmere SAKS 5th avenue sweater. Recently I found a great vintage style short sleeved forrest green sweater with a pearl collar. On another visit, I found a recipe box filled with a great collection of basic recipes. I've dubbed this place the "Walmart of thrift stores", for its' wide variety of merchandise and its' excellent organization. You won't JUST find clothes here, but full size color printers, office chairs, art work, and books and old school media like DVDs and CDs. Plus it looks like a LOT of clothing. Easy drop-off, friendly and informative staff. I was politely directed to the right place for large donations when I went in the main shop door first (oops) while also being told it was totally fine to double-park while dropping things off. The man who helped me out also let me know that the vendors on the street right outside will claim to be associated with Goodwill to try to get the stuff you're donating, so I was happy for that tip to avoid any trouble or scams. Overall, a pretty seamless experience. Things to note: 1) they don't have specific drop-off/donation hours like some places do, which is amazing. The manager of this store is rude and unrelenting . He has no desire to provide adequate customer service . I made a purchase and after it was rung up I realized it was not what I wanted . I was told to come back when the manager was there to have the purchase recended . I never left the store with the items . This rude man ( I can't call him a gentleman ). told me he would not recend the purchase . he could have offered me a store credit and I would have been fine . when I asked him for the information for the regional office to take the complaint higher he refused to give me the information to reach anyone. I used to love this store . I used to donate and buy. I will no longer do either. I've been in this neighborhood for 45 years. Don't be scared away! I was initially hesitant to go here because it didn't seem like the cleanest or nicest location, but I was happily surprised. The interior is neat and organized. Some things are a little overpriced, and pricing is organized by type of item (i.e. $13 for any dress, $9.99 for a pair of jeans). There are a lot of options for both men and women. I didn't find anything that fit me well, but they have a lot of good brands here and a fantastic variety of jeans. They also have winter coats! Those were very overpriced in my opinion, especially for a thrift store. Overall, a very clean thrift store that will have some occasional good finds. read more

The prices here are insane, the most expensive Goodwill I've ever been to. $12 for a pair of Levi's? And $3 for used books that are on $.01 on Amazon. They also mark up the wrong brands. We were here to donate some clothing for our end of the year tax credit. the gentleman helped us were super fast and to the point. He asked what you have and receipt or no. We were out of there in less than 3 minutes. If you were asked by some guys outside that if you were donating. Just ignore them. To donate, enter through the back side entrance. Cant attest to the shopping experience here, since I've only really taken quick glances at their selections. In terms of donations, the staff here are very knowledgeable and friendly. The downside to the whole experience is that there are manipulative folks right outside the store playing my heartstrings. "Would you like to donate that to the homeless ma'am?" as we park in front of the drop-off entrance. As mentioned by previous reviews, it turned out to be another one of their gimmicks to make some extra cash at the expense of my naivety. These same guys run a makeshift shop right in front of the store where they sell the same stuff you just donated to them. Let's be real, they are far from homeless. Came here to donate a pair of bf's pants bc they were faded and then went to the otherside to check stuff out in the store. Clothes are organized by gender, type, and color. Found some brand name items like HM, F21, Banana Republic, etc. Shoes section is a little skimpy. There are only 3 dressing rooms in the back next to the women's shoe rack display. The level below has home decor, furniture, odds and ends, suitcases, etc. My only purchase was a F21 magenta skater dress with a heart cut out on the back. Been looking for this style to be sold again in store, but found it here. WIN!! Still on the lookout for a leather jacket with character. Prices are reasonable, but not dirt cheap as I would've liked. I really wanted to try on some of the clothes out on the display window and am wondering if you can buy those too. read more
